Claims (11)
- 内周面が雌ねじ型に形成された挿通孔を有するステータと、
前記ステータの挿通孔に挿通される雄ねじ型の軸体からなるロータと、
を備え、
前記ロータの外周面と前記ステータの挿通孔の内周面との間に形成される締め代は、横断面に現れる前記挿通孔の開口の両端領域に比べて中央領域が小さい、一軸偏心ねじポンプ。 - 前記ステータの開口の輪郭は、短径と長径の比(短径/長径)が0.83以上0.96以下の楕円形である、請求項1に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
- 前記ステータの開口の輪郭は、半円と直線とで構成されるレーストラック形状と比較すると、中央領域の締め代が小さくなる条件を満足する単一式で表される、請求項1に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
- 前記ステータの開口の輪郭は、半円と直線とで構成されるレーストラック形状と比較すると、両端領域の締め代が大きくなる条件を満足する単一式で表される、請求項1又は3に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
- 前記ステータの開口の輪郭は、両端領域と中央領域とに、異なる軌跡を描く部位をそれぞれ備える、請求項1に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
- 前記ステータの開口の輪郭は真円の一部を備える、請求項5に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
- 前記ステータの開口の輪郭は楕円の一部を備える、請求項5に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
- 前記ステータの開口の中央領域の輪郭は、外側に向かって凸状に形成されている、請求項3から7のいずれか1項に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
- 前記ステータの開口の輪郭は直線部を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
- 前記直線部は、前記中央領域で対向して平行に形成されている、請求項9に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
- 前記ステータは、弾性材料からなるステータ本体のみで構成されている、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
