Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease starting torque of a rotor in a pump, by preventing the contact of a smaller contoured internal wall surface in an elastic stator to a rotor with exception of R-parts in a larger contoured internal wall surface at the initial time of starting the rotor. CONSTITUTION:At an initial start when a rotor 1 is rotated, smaller contoured internal wall surfaces 12, 12 of an elastic stator 2 are maintained to a circular arc shaped state slightly spread initially to the outside, and an internal screw shaped hole 11 of the stator 2 is contacted to the rotor 1 only in the R part of a larger contoured internal wall surface, then less friction area between the rotor 1 and the stator 2 can only require less starting torque of the rotor.
