Abstract
Description
可動接点47のヤング率・剛性率を調整する手段としては、前記導電基材と前記導電性部材とに厚みの差をつける方法、前記導電基材と前記導電性部材との材料間で圧延/鍛造などの加工硬化の程度を変えたり何れか片方のみに施工して差を設ける方法、または前記導電基材と前記導電性部材との材料間で焼入/焼鈍などの熱処理の程度を変えたり何れか片方のみに左記熱処理を施して差を設ける方法、導電基材11を構成するAg合金のCuO,Ni,SnO2,In2O3の含有量を増減させる方法が利用できる。
Claims (27)
- 導電基材と、前記導電基材の表面のうち所定部位を覆って設けた導電性部材とを備え、前記導電性部材は、少なくとも前記温度ヒューズの固定接点および筒状ケースの接触部に設けられ、ヤング率・剛性率が前記導電基材と異なる材料から構成されたことを特徴とする温度ヒューズ用接点材。
- 前記導電性部材は、前記接触部にオーバーレイまたはインレイで設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度ヒューズ用接点材。
- 前記導電基材は、CuまたはCu合金あることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の温度ヒューズ用接点材。
- 前記導電性部材は、AgまたはAg合金であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか1つに記載の温度ヒューズ用接点材。
- 前記Ag合金は、AgCuO,AgSnO2,AgSnO2-In2O3またはAgNiのいずれかから選択されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の温度ヒューズ用接点材。
- 前記導電基材と前記導電性部材との界面にAgめっき層、Niめっき層、Ni-P合金めっき層、Niを主成分とする合金めっき層の何れかからなる金属界面層を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5の何れか1つに記載の温度ヒューズ用接点材。
- 前記導電基材は、前記導電性部材よりも弾発力を有し圧縮しやくすくかつ圧縮戻り性が良くヤング率・剛性率の高い材料から構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6の何れか1つに記載の温度ヒューズ用接点材。
- 前記導電性部材は、前記導電基材よりもヤング率・剛性率が低い材料から構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7の何れか1つに記載の温度ヒューズ用接点材。
- 前記導電性部材は、さらに前記導電基材よりも電気抵抗が低い材料から構成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の温度ヒューズ用接点材。
- 導電基材と、前記導電基材の表面のうち所定部位を覆って設けた導電性部材とを備え、前記導電性部材は、少なくとも前記温度ヒューズの固定接点および筒状ケースの接触部に設けられ、ヤング率・剛性率が前記導電基材と異なる材料から構成されたことを特徴とする可動接点。
- 前記導電性部材は、前記接触部にオーバーレイまたはインレイで設けたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の可動接点。
- 前記導電基材は、CuまたはCu合金あることを特徴とする請求項10または請求項11に記載の可動接点。
- 前記導電性部材は、AgまたはAg合金であることを特徴とする請求項10ないし請求項12の何れか1つに記載の可動接点。
- 前記Ag合金は、AgCuO,AgSnO2,AgSnO2-In2O3またはAgNiのいずれかから選択されたことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の可動接点。
- 前記導電基材と前記導電性部材との界面にAgめっき層、Niめっき層、Ni-P合金めっき層、Niを主成分とする合金めっき層の何れかからなる金属界面層を設けたことを特徴とする請求項10ないし請求項14の何れか1つに記載の可動接点。
- 前記導電基材は、前記導電性部材よりも弾発力を有し圧縮しやくすくかつ圧縮戻り性が良くヤング率・剛性率の高い材料から構成されたことを特徴とする請求項10ないし請求項14の何れか1つに記載の可動接点。
- 前記導電性部材は、前記導電基材よりもヤング率・剛性率が低い材料から構成されたことを特徴とする請求項10ないし請求項16の何れか1つに記載の可動接点。
- 前記導電性部材は、さらに前記導電基材よりも電気抵抗が低い材料から構成されたことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の可動接点。
- 良導電性かつ良熱伝導性の筒状ケースの内部に、特定温度で溶融または軟化する感温ペレットと、前記感温ペレットを押圧する強圧縮ばねと、前記筒状ケースの開口を閉止する絶縁蓋体と、前記絶縁蓋体に当接した弱圧縮ばねと、前記絶縁蓋体を貫通した内端を固定接点とした第1リードと、前記第1リードおよび前記筒状ケースと電気接続した可動接点と、前記第1リードの一部を囲み前記絶縁蓋体の外端部を覆って設けられ前記筒状ケースの開口端部を封止した封止樹脂と、前記筒状ケースの片端に配設された第2リードとを有し、前記可動接点は、導電基材と、前記導電基材の所定表面を覆った導電性部材とからなり、前記導電性部材は、少なくとも前記固定接点および前記筒状ケースの内壁面との接触部に設けられ、ヤング率・剛性率が前記導電基材と異なる材料から構成されたことを特徴とする感温ペレット型温度ヒューズ。
- 前記導電性部材は、前記接触部にオーバーレイまたはインレイで設けたことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の感温ペレット型温度ヒューズ。
- 前記導電基材は、CuまたはCu合金あることを特徴とする請求項19または請求項20に記載の感温ペレット型温度ヒューズ。
- 前記導電性部材は、AgまたはAg合金であることを特徴とする請求項19ないし請求項21の何れか1つに記載の感温ペレット型温度ヒューズ。
- 前記Ag合金は、AgCuO,AgSnO2,AgSnO2-In2O3またはAgNiのいずれかから選択されたことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の感温ペレット型温度ヒューズ。
- 前記導電基材と前記導電性部材との界面にAgめっき層、Niめっき層、Ni-P合金めっき層、Niを主成分とする合金めっき層の何れかからなる金属界面層を設けたことを特徴とする請求項19ないし請求項23の何れか1つに記載の感温ペレット型温度ヒューズ。
- 前記導電基材は、前記導電性部材よりも弾発力を有し圧縮しやくすくかつ圧縮戻り性が良くヤング率・剛性率の高い材料から構成されたことを特徴とする請求項19ないし請求項24の何れか1つに記載の感温ペレット型温度ヒューズ。
- 前記導電性部材は、前記導電基材よりもヤング率・剛性率が低い材料から構成されたことを特徴とする請求項19ないし請求項25の何れか1つに記載の感温ペレット型温度ヒューズ。
- 前記導電性部材は、さらに前記導電基材よりも電気抵抗が低い材料から構成されたことを特徴とする請求項26に記載の感温ペレット型温度ヒューズ。
