図8~図11を参照して、電圧検出線92の電圧検出端子94のバスバーへの接続パターンについて説明する。図8~図11は、電圧検出線92の電圧検出端子94のバスバーへの第1~第4の接続パターンを示す模式図である。
Claims (6)
- 所定方向に積層され電気的に接続された複数の電池セルと、
複数の前記電池セルを互いに電気的に接続するための複数のバスバーと、
電気的に接続された2個以上の前記電池セルを1組として、それぞれの組に1本接続される複数の電圧検出線と、
を備える、電池モジュール。 - 当該電池モジュールの前記電池セルが積層される方向を長手方向とし、
前記長手方向に対して短手方向を幅方向とした場合に、
前記電圧検出線は、いずれも、前記幅方向に対して一方の同じ側において、前記電池セルに接続されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 2以上の前記電池セルを組として一つの保持部材に収納された電池セルユニットが複数積層され、
積層方向に隣接する前記電池セルユニットの外部の前記電池セルを互いに電気的に接続し、前記幅方向の一方側に配置される第1バスバーと、
前記電池セルユニットの内部同士の前記電池セルを互いに電気的に接続し、前記幅方向の他方側に配置される第2バスバーと、
を含み、
前記電圧検出線は、前記第1バスバー側の前記電池セルに接続されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 複数の前記電池セルは、全て直列に配置されている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルは、リチウムイオン電池である、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルは、8000W/L以上の出力密度を有する、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
