Abstract
Description
「亜鉛末を多量に含んだ下塗り塗料(塗膜中に70~90wt%)である。船舶や橋梁用鋼材のショッププライマー、また橋梁やプラントなどの大型鋼構造物を腐食から守るための防食下塗り塗料として、ジンクリッチペイントが塗装されている。」
(1)実施例1
・塗膜(固体分)中の亜鉛含有率:96重量%(亜鉛粉末以外の部分が4重量%)
・バインダー樹脂:一液型アクリル樹脂(溶剤タイプ)
・膜厚:25μm
・乾燥:45℃で24時間。
実施例1と同様の組成において、亜鉛含有率を低下させるとともに、抗ウイルス剤を添加した。膜厚及び乾燥の条件は、上記(1)と同じである。
・塗膜(固体分)中の亜鉛含有率:90重量%
・抗ウイルス剤:東亜合成(株)社製「ノバロン」(登録商標)(銀リン酸ジルコニウム微粒子、平均粒径1μm)を固体分の6重量%となるように添加。
実施例1に用いられているバインダー樹脂液(一液型アクリル樹脂)をそのまま用いた。膜厚及び乾燥の条件は、上記(1)~(2)と同じである。
5cm角の鋼板に、上記(1)~(3)の塗料を、所定の膜厚となるように塗布して、45℃で24時間静置して乾燥し、試験片とした。
不活化効果の確認は、次の手順で行った。
1.ウイルス液(新型コロナウイルス武漢型、またはA型インフルエンザウイルス)を、滅菌した超純水(「Milli-Q水」)で10倍希釈。
2.希釈した400μLのウイルス液を、上記試験片上にアプライし、フィルムでカバー。
3.25℃で24時間静置。
4.3.6mLのメディウム(培養液)で洗い流すようにしてウイルス液を回収(10回サスペンド)。
5.タイトレーション(titration)(ウイルス力価(ウイルス感染価)測定)。
ウイルス液中のプラーク形成単位(PFU)の数を計測し、ウイルス感染価(PFU/mL)とした。
不活化効果を確認した結果を、下記表1にまとめて示す。ここでは、下記式に従って各実施例のウイルス不活化率を算出した。そして、ウイルス不活化率が99.0%以上を「〇」とした。

Claims (6)
- ウイルスに対する不活化効果を有する塗膜を形成可能な塗料であって、
固体分中に、90重量%以上の亜鉛粉末を含む、高濃度亜鉛末塗料。 - 固体分中に、亜鉛粉末以外の部分の20重量%以上をなすバインダー樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高濃度亜鉛末塗料。
- 前記バインダー樹脂が、塗膜形成性樹脂であって、アクリル系樹脂、エポキシ系樹脂、及びウレタン系樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも一つからなる、請求項1または2に記載の高濃度亜鉛末塗料。
- 前記ウイルスは、新型コロナウイルス及びインフルエンザウイルスの少なくとも一方である、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の高濃度亜鉛末塗料。
