R1、R2、R7、R8、X、a、b、e、f及びnの定義については前文を参照し、ここで繰り返して説明しない。詳細には、芳香族カーボネート基含有構造は、カーボネート化合物、新規のカーボネートプラスチック又はポリカーボネート回収材であってもよいが、これらに限定されず、廃ポリカーボネートリサイクル材は、廃光ディスクから回収することができるため、環境への負担を軽減することができる。

Claims (10)
- 式(I)又は式(II)に示す構造を有し、
Xは単結合、炭素数1~12個のアルキル基、炭素数3~12個のシクロアルキル基、酸素原子、硫黄原子、スルホニル基、スルフィニル基、アシル基、炭素数6~12個のアリール基、フルオレニル基、式(i)又は式(ii)に示す構造であり、
Yは炭素数1~12個のアルキル基、炭素数1~12個のアルコキシ基、イソシアヌレート、式(iii)又は式(iv)に示す構造であり、
Zは単結合、炭素数1~12個のアルキル基、炭素数3~12個のシクロアルキル基、酸素原子、硫黄原子、スルホニル基、スルフィニル基、アシル基、炭素数6~12個のアリール基、フルオレニル基、式(i)又は式(ii)に示す前記構造であり、
nは重合度を示し、1≦n≦500であり、pは1~11の整数であり、qは0~20の整数であり、rは1~15の整数である、ことを特徴とするカーボネート含有エポキシ樹脂。 - 式(A1)又は式(A2)に示す構造を有する芳香族カーボネート基含有構造を提供するステップと、

Yは炭素数1~12個のアルキル基、炭素数1~12個のアルコキシ基、イソシアヌレート、式(iii)又は式(iv)に示す構造であり、
Zは単結合、炭素数1~12個のアルキル基、炭素数3~12個のシクロアルキル基、酸素原子、硫黄原子、スルホニル基、スルフィニル基、アシル基、炭素数6~12個のアリール基、フルオレニル基、式(i)又は式(ii)に示す前記構造であり、
nは重合度を示し、1≦n≦500であり、mは2~12の整数であり、pは1~11の整数であり、qは0~20の整数であり、rは1~15の整数である、ことを特徴とするカーボネート含有エポキシ樹脂の調製方法。 - 前記触媒は、4-ジメチルアミノピリジン、イミダゾール、ピリジン、2-メチルイミダゾール、3-メチルイミダゾール、2-エチル-4-メチルイミダゾールからなる群から選ばれるものであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカーボネート含有エポキシ樹脂の調製方法。
- 前記触媒の添加量は、前記エポキシ基含有構造の含有量の0.1重量%~5重量%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のカーボネート含有エポキシ樹脂の調製方法。
- 前記エポキシ基含有構造のエポキシ基と前記芳香族カーボネート基含有構造のカーボネート基との当量比は、1.3~10.0であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカーボネート含有エポキシ樹脂の調製方法。
- 請求項1に記載のカーボネート含有エポキシ樹脂を硬化反応させることで得られることを特徴とするエポキシ硬化物。
- 前記硬化反応は、前記カーボネート含有エポキシ樹脂と硬化剤とを混合して加熱することで完成することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエポキシ硬化物。
- 前記硬化剤は、フェノール樹脂、アミン系化合物、活性エステル化合物、カルボン酸化合物、シアネート化合物、イソシアネート化合物、酸無水物化合物、ベンゾオキサジン、ポリカーボネート又はそれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のエポキシ硬化物。
- 前記硬化反応の硬化温度は180℃~240℃であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のエポキシ硬化物。
- 請求項6に記載のエポキシ硬化物を提供するステップと、
前記エポキシ硬化物を分解するように、アミノ基含有化合物と前記エポキシ硬化物とを反応させる分解ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするエポキシ硬化物の分解方法。
