Abstract

Claims (15)
- 工業プロセスで使用されるプロセス機器の汚れを防止または低減する方法であって、
前記プロセス機器に防汚剤組成物を導入することであって、前記防汚剤組成物が、
1つ以上の抗酸化剤、
1つ以上の抗重合剤、
1つ以上の分散剤、および
1つ以上の溶媒
の組み合わせを含む、導入することを含む、方法。 - 前記導入が、前記防汚剤組成物に洗浄油を注入することである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導入が、前記防汚剤組成物に調温水を注入することである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記工業プロセスが、エチレン分解プロセスである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記防汚剤組成物が、前記全防汚剤組成物中に約1重量%~約15重量%の抗酸化剤と、約1重量%~約15重量%の抗重合剤と、約50重量%~約95重量%の分散剤と、約10重量%~約50重量%の溶媒と、を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の抗酸化剤が、1,4-フェニレンジアミン、そのアルキル化またはフェニル誘導体、およびそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記抗酸化剤が、前記防汚剤組成物の約1重量%~約10重量%を構成する、請求項1、5、または6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記抗重合剤が、前記防汚剤組成物の約1重量%~約10重量%を構成する、請求項1または5に記載の方法。
- 前記抗重合剤が、2,2,6,6-テトラメチルピペリジニル-1-オキシル、1-ヒドロキシ-2,2,6,6-テトラメチルピペリジン、4-ヒドロキシ-2,2,6,6-テトラメチルピペリジニル-1-オキシル、4-オキソ-2,2,6,6-テトラメチルピペリジニル-1-オキシル、1,4-ジヒドロキシ-2,2,6,6-テトラメチルピペリジン、および1-ヒドロキシ-4-オキソ-2,2,6,6-テトラメチルピペリジン、またはそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1、5、または8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記分散剤が、前記防汚剤組成物の50重量%~約90重量%を構成する、請求項1または5に記載の組成物。
- 前記分散剤が、2つ以上の脂肪酸アミドのブレンドである、請求項1、5、または10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレンドは、第1の脂肪酸アミドと第2の脂肪酸アミドとの比が約1:1~約1:10、または約1:1~約1:2である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記脂肪酸が、トール油およびジアミンである、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の脂肪酸アミドが、脂肪酸とトリメチルアミン(TEA)との反応物であり、前記第2の脂肪酸アミドが、脂肪酸とテトラエチレンペンタミン(TEPA)との反応物である、請求項11~13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が、グリコールおよび芳香族ナフサ、ならびにそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1または5に記載の方法。
