Claims (8)
- 素体と、
前記素体内に設けられ、コイル軸方向において互いに重なるとともに前記素体の表面まで延びる一対の端部をそれぞれ有する一対のコイルと、
前記素体の表面に設けられ、前記一対のコイルの端部にそれぞれ接続された二対の外部端子と、
前記素体内に設けられ、前記コイル軸方向において前記一対のコイルの間に介在し、主面にうねりを有するシートと
を備える、コイル部品。 - 前記シートが、磁性粉と樹脂とを含む磁性材料で構成されている、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記磁性材料に含まれる磁性粉が扁平状であり、前記コイル軸方向に対して交差する方向に延在している、請求項2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイルと前記シートとの間に介在する絶縁体をさらに備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記シートは、前記コイルの内周領域に対応する部分および前記コイルの外周領域に対応する部分のうちの少なくとも一方が除かれている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記シートの主面のうねりが不規則である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイルが、絶縁層と、該絶縁層の両面に形成された一対の平面コイルとを含み、
前記シートの厚さが前記コイルの絶縁層の厚さより厚い、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記シートの主面のうねりが、前記コイルの絶縁層の主面のうねりより大きい、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
