Description
Claims (5)
- 検出システムにおいて検出サンプルの供給があるかどうかを判断する判断方法であって、
前記検出システムは、
前記検出サンプルを反応させる容器である反応セルと、
前記反応セルの一側の面から前記反応セルの内部に検出光を照射する光源と、
前記光源に対向して前記反応セルの他の一側に配置され、前記反応セルを透過した前記検出光を受信し、受信された前記検出光の信号を電気信号に変換する光電センサと、
を備え、
前記判断方法は、前記光源及び前記光電センサの動作を持続させ、前記検出システムに、前記反応セルに対して前記検出サンプルを供給する指示を発送し、前記光電センサから出力された電気信号が変化するかどうかによって、前記検出サンプルの供給があるかどうかを判断する判断ステップを備え、
前記判断ステップにおいて、前記検出サンプルの液面が、前記検出光の光路に到着し、前記検出光が液面で散乱又は屈折されることで、前記検出光の光強度が減少し、それに伴う前記光電センサから出力された電気信号の変化量が規定の閾値を超えた場合、前記検出サンプルの供給があると判断する、
ことを特徴とする検出サンプルの供給があるかどうかを判断する判断方法。 - 規定の時間が経過した後、前記光電センサから出力された電気信号が変化しない、または変化量が前記閾値を超えない場合、前記検出サンプルの供給がないと判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の判断方法。 - 前記判断ステップにおいて、前記検出サンプルの液面の最高点が、前記検出光の光路に到着し、前記光電センサから出力された電気信号の変化量が規定の閾値を超えた場合、前記検出サンプルの供給があると判断する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の判断方法。 - 前記判断方法は、前記検出サンプルを検出する前に、前記検出サンプルを使用して前記検出システムにおける管路、及び前記反応セルを洗浄する洗浄ステップを更に備え、
前記判断ステップは、前記洗浄ステップを行う時に行う、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の判断方法。 - 前記検出システムがオンラインのリアルタイム検出を行う場合、前記検出サンプルは、サンプリングシステムを介して、リアルタイムサンプリングされたオンラインサンプルであり、
前記判断ステップには、前記オンラインサンプルの供給がないと判断した場合、前記サンプリングに故障がある、と判断する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の判断方法。
