Claims (8)
- 底壁部、及び前記底壁部の一方の側に配置された側壁部を有する支持体と、
分光空間を介して、前記底壁部における前記一方の側の表面と向かい合うように、前記支持体によって支持された光検出素子と、
少なくとも前記底壁部における前記一方の側の前記表面に設けられた樹脂成形層と、
前記樹脂成形層上に設けられ、前記底壁部上において光学機能部を構成する反射層と、を備え、
前記樹脂成形層は、前記光学機能部に対応する形状を有する第1部分と、前記第1部分を包囲し且つ前記第1部分よりも薄い第2部分と、を有し、
前記第2部分の少なくとも一部は、前記側壁部における前記分光空間側の前記表面に達している、分光器。 - 前記光学機能部は、分光部である、請求項1に記載の分光器。
- 前記光学機能部は、ミラーである、請求項1又は2に記載の分光器。
- 前記第1部分は、前記底壁部における前記一方の側の前記表面のうちの凹曲面に設けられている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の分光器。
- 前記側壁部は、前記底壁部の前記一方の側において前記分光空間を包囲している、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の分光器。
- 前記第1部分の厚さは、21μm~210μmであり、前記第2部分の厚さは、1μm~10μmである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の分光器。
- 前記樹脂成形層において、前記第1部分と前記第2部分との間には、前記樹脂成形層の厚さが変化する領域が存在する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の分光器。
- 前記第2部分の面積は、前記第1部分の面積よりも大きい、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の分光器。
