Claims (15)
- 片側が開いている容器(34)、特にPCRチューブから最小液体量を計量する方法であって、
移送管(40)を容器(34)の内部にその底部まで導入し、
容器(34)を気密に密閉し、
圧縮空気を容器(34)に適用して、液体を容器(34)から移送管(40)を通して計量弁(10)の媒体空間(54)へと移送し、
計量バルブ(10)を開閉することにより最小量を計量する、
ステップを備えた、最小液体量を計量する方法。 - 液体が、媒体空間(54)に接線方向に導入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 計量前に媒体空間(54)に存在する空気が、最初に圧縮され、続いて計量弁(10)を短時間開くことによって媒体空間(54)から排出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 空気を排出するための計量弁(10)の開放継続時間は、所定の時間であるか、またはセンサによって決定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 計量バルブ(10)の気密性は、計量の前に、圧縮空気によって作用および輸送される液体を観察することによってチェックされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 計量継続時間は、所定の時間であるか、またはセンサによって決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するための装置であって、
片側が開いている容器(34)、特にPCRチューブ用のホルダ(28)と、
媒体空間(54)を有する計量弁(10)と、
媒体空間(54)に接続されるとともに、容器(34)の内部に挿入するための自由端(42)を有する移送管(40)と、
容器(34)を密封閉鎖するための圧縮空気接続部(26)を有する閉鎖部(30)と、
を備えた、装置。 - 閉鎖部(30)が、ホルダ(28)に固定して接続されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- ホルダ(28)が、容器(34)を固定するためのスライダ(36)を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 移送管(40)が、閉鎖部(30)においてその中心からずらして配置され、面取りされた自由端(42)を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 計量弁(10)が、媒体空間(54)に接線方向に案内される入口チャネル(64)を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 計量弁(10)が、計量弁(10)の中心軸(M)に対して鋭角で媒体空間(54)内に案内される入口チャネル(64)を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 圧縮空気接続部(26)が、圧力調整弁(16)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 移送管(40)内の液体の存在を検出するセンサが設けられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 計量弁(10)からの個々の液滴の流出を検出するように構成されたセンサが設けられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
