- 複数の透過領域、および隣接する複数の透過領域の間に配置された複数の発光領域を含む非透過領域を構成した基板と、
前記基板上で複数の発光領域のそれぞれに構成された複数の発光素子と、
前記基板上で複数の透過領域のそれぞれに構成された複数のタッチセンサと、
前記基板上で前記非透過領域に構成され、第1方向に延長された複数のタッチラインと、
前記基板上で前記非透過領域に構成され、第2方向に延長して前記第2方向に配置された少なくとも2つのタッチセンサ、および前記複数のタッチラインの中の1つを電気的に連結する複数のブリッジラインとを含む、透明表示装置。 - 前記基板上の前記発光領域のそれぞれに構成された第1電極と、
前記第1電極上に構成された発光層と、
前記発光層上に構成された第2電極とをさらに含み、

前記非透過領域に構成された複数の画素、および前記複数の透過領域のそれぞれに構成された複数のタッチセンサを含む複数のタッチブロックと、
前記基板上に構成され、一端がタッチ駆動部と電気的に連結し、前記表示領域で第1方向に延長された複数のタッチラインと、
前記基板上に構成され、一端が前記複数のタッチラインの中のいずれか一つと電気的に連結し、前記表示領域において第2方向に延長された複数のブリッジラインとを含む、透明表示装置。 - 前記基板上に構成されたタッチラインの数が、前記基板に構成されたタッチブロックの数と同じ、請求項12に記載の透明表示装置。
- 複数の前記タッチラインが、隣接する透過領域の間に配置され、
1つの前記ブリッジラインが、隣接する透過領域の間に配置される、請求項12に記載の透明表示装置。 - 1つの前記ブリッジラインが、前記複数のタッチラインの中の1つと電気的に連結し、前記第2方向に配列された少なくとも2つのタッチセンサと連結する、請求項14に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記複数の画素の各々が、アノード電極、発光層及びカソード電極を含み、
前記複数のタッチセンサの各々は、タッチセンサ電極を含み、
前記画素のカソード電極と前記タッチセンサのタッチセンサ電極は、同じ層に同じ物質で形成される、請求項12に記載の透明表示装置。 - 前記タッチセンサ電極が、前記透過領域内に配置され、前記カソード電極は、前記タッチセンサ電極が配置された領域を除いた領域に配置され、
前記タッチセンサ電極および前記カソード電極は、互いに離隔して配置される、請求項16に記載の透明表示装置。 - 前記透過領域内に構成され、平面状に閉じた形状を有する第1アンダーカット構造をさらに含み、
前記タッチセンサ電極および前記カソード電極が、前記第1アンダーカット構造によって分離する、請求項16に記載の透明表示装置。 - 前記基板上で前記非透過領域に構成され、前記第1方向に延長された共通電源ライン、
前記共通電源ラインと前記第1アンダーカット構造の間に構成され、前記カソード電極と連結するカソードコンタクト部、および
前記カソードコンタクト部と前記共通電源ラインを連結する電源連結ラインをさらに含む、請求項18に記載の透明表示装置。 - 前記第1アンダーカット構造の閉じた形状の内部に構成され、前記タッチセンサ電極と連結するタッチコンタクト部、および
前記タッチコンタクト部と前記ブリッジラインを電気的に連結するタッチ連結ラインをさらに構成する、請求項18に記載の透明表示装置。
