Abstract
Description
少なくとも第1の材料と第2の材料を用意し、ここで、前記第1の材料が第2の材料とは色が異なり、前記第1の材料及び前記第2の材料がセラミックス又はサーメットである、ステップと、
第1の圧縮道具を含み、存在する場合に第2の圧縮道具を含む、少なくとも1つの圧縮道具を用意するステップと、
前記第1の圧縮道具内にて前記第1の材料を充填し圧縮するステップと、
前記第1の圧縮道具内又は前記第2の圧縮道具内にて第1の材料に第2の材料を充填し圧縮して、前駆体を得るステップと、
前記前駆体を焼結してブランクを形成するステップと、
レーザーアブレーションによって、前記前駆体又は前記ブランクにおける前記第2の材料に対して機械加工をして、レリーフ装飾を作成し、ここで、前記第2の材料に対して、レーザーアブレーションによって、少なくとも前記第1の材料まで空欠部を形成し、前記第1の材料を露出し、前記第1の材料上に設けられる前記第2の材料のレリーフ装飾を得る、機械加工ステップと、及び
前記ブランクを仕上げて前記物品を得るステップとを行う。
- 少なくとも第1の材料2と第2の材料3を用意し、ここで、前記第1の材料が、その色、したがってその化学組成、によって前記第2の材料と異なり、前記第1及び第2の材料がセラミックス又はサーメットである、ステップ
したがって、前記第1及び第2の材料は、両方ともセラミックスであるか、両方ともサーメットであるか、又は一方の材料がセラミックスであり他方がサーメットであることができる。
- 第1の圧縮道具5と、存在する場合に第2の圧縮道具6を含む少なくとも1つの圧縮道具を用意するステップ(図1a、1e及び2a)
- 第1の圧縮道具5内に第1の材料2を充填し圧縮するステップ(図1b、1c、2b及び2c)
- 第1の圧縮道具5(図2d及び2e)内又は第2の圧縮道具(図1g及び1h)内にある第1の材料2上に第2の材料3を充填し圧縮して前駆体7(図1i及び2f)を得るステップ
- 前駆体7を焼結してブランク9を形成するステップ(図3)
- レーザーアブレーションによって、前駆体7又はブランク9上における少なくとも第2の材料3に対して機械加工して、前駆体7又はブランク9の第1の材料2上に設けられる装飾8を作成し、ここで、第2の材料3に 第1の材料2まで空欠部が形成され、第1の材料2を露出し、前記第2の材料3には装飾8のみが残る、ステップ

Claims (10)
- 圧縮してレリーフ装飾があるサーメット及び/又はセラミックス製の多色の物品を製造する方法(8)であって、
少なくとも第1の材料(2)と第2の材料(3)を用意し、ここで、前記第1の材料(2)が前記第2の材料(3)とは色が異なり、前記第1の材料(2)及び前記第2の材料(3)がセラミックス又はサーメットである、ステップと、
第1の圧縮道具(5)を含み、選択的に第2の圧縮道具(6)を含む、少なくとも1つの圧縮道具を用意するステップと、
前記第1の圧縮道具(5)内にて前記第1の材料(2)を充填し圧縮するステップと、
前記第1の圧縮道具(5)内又は前記第2の圧縮道具(6)内にて前記第1の材料(2)に前記第2の材料(3)を充填し圧縮して、前駆体(7)を得るステップと、
前記前駆体(7)を焼結してブランク(9)を形成するステップと、
レーザーアブレーションによって、前記前駆体(7)又は前記ブランク(9)における前記第2の材料(3)に対して機械加工をして、レリーフ装飾(8)を作成し、ここで、前記第2の材料(3)に対して、レーザーアブレーションによって、少なくとも前記第1の材料(2)まで空欠部を形成し、前記第1の材料(2)を露出し、前記第1の材料(2)上に設けられる前記第2の材料(3)のレリーフ装飾(8)を得る、機械加工ステップと、及び
前記ブランク(9)を仕上げて前記物品を得るステップとを行う
ことを特徴とする方法。 - さらに、前記前駆体(7)又は前記ブランク(9)の寸法構成を形成するように別の機械加工を行う別の機械加工ステップを行い、
前記別の機械加工ステップは、前記レーザーアブレーションによる機械加工ステップの前又は後に行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも第3の材料を用意し、
前記第3の材料は、前記第2の材料(3)とも前記第1の材料(2)とも色が異なり、
前記第3の材料は、セラミックス又はサーメットであり、
前記第3の材料を前記第2の材料(3)上にて圧縮し、レーザーアブレーションによって、前記第3の材料に対して少なくとも前記第2の材料(3)まで空欠部を形成し、これによって、前記第2の材料(3)及び/又は前記第1の材料(2)上に設けられる前記第3の材料によって作られた前記レリーフ装飾(8)を得る
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記レーザーアブレーションは、パルスレーザーを用いて行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - レリーフ装飾(8)があるセラミックス及び/又はサーメット製の多色の物品であって、
前記レリーフ装飾(8)は、前記物品の他の部分とは異なる色を有し、
前記物品は、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られ、
前記レリーフ装飾(8)は、前記物品の残りと一体的であり、材料において均質的な色を有する
ことを特徴とする物品。 - 前記物品は、外側部品又はムーブメントの携行型時計用コンポーネントである
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の物品。 - 前記外側部品又はムーブメントの携行型時計用コンポーネントは、ケースミドル部、ケース裏部、ベゼル、ベゼルインサート、押し部品、リュウズ、ブレスレットリンク、バックル、表盤、針、表盤インデックス、振動錘、及びプレートからなる群から選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の物品。 - 少なくともインデックスと数字によって形成されるレリーフ装飾(8)があるベゼル(1)である
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の物品。 - アクロニムによって形成されるレリーフ装飾(8)があるリュウズである
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の物品。 - 前記装飾(8)は、ホワイトジルコニアによって作られており、残りの部分は、ブラックジルコニアによって作られている
ことを特徴とする請求項6~9のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
