Abstract
Description
直流母線間の複数のスイッチング素子によりモータを駆動するインバータ回路を制御する制御回路と、
前記直流母線とは異なる電圧源を電源とする第1電源系統と、
前記直流母線を電源とする第2電源系統と、
前記第1電源系統の異常を検出すると、前記制御回路に電力を供給する電源系統を前記第1電源系統から前記第2電源系統に切り替える切り替え回路と、を備え、
前記制御回路は、前記異常が検出されると、前記異常が検出される前よりも低い消費電力で前記インバータ回路の制御を継続する回路であり、
前記制御回路は、前記異常が検出されると、前記異常が検出される前よりも低いゲート電源電圧で前記複数のスイッチング素子のゲート駆動を継続する、制御装置が提供される。

T:インバータ回路4の出力電流の基本波の1周期
n:インバータ回路4の出力電流の基本波の1周期におけるスイッチング回数

Claims (6)
- 直流母線間の複数のスイッチング素子によりモータを駆動するインバータ回路を制御する制御回路と、
前記直流母線とは異なる電圧源を電源とする第1電源系統と、
前記直流母線を電源とする第2電源系統と、
前記第1電源系統の異常を検出すると、前記制御回路に電力を供給する電源系統を前記第1電源系統から前記第2電源系統に切り替える切り替え回路と、を備え、
前記制御回路は、前記異常が検出されると、前記異常が検出される前よりも低い消費電力で前記インバータ回路の制御を継続する回路であり、
前記制御回路は、前記異常が検出されると、前記異常が検出される前よりも低いゲート電源電圧で前記複数のスイッチング素子のゲート駆動を継続する、制御装置。 - 前記制御回路は、前記異常が検出されると、前記インバータ回路と前記モータとの間に流れる電流の瞬時値の絶対値が最大の相のスイッチング素子のゲートを第1ゲート電源電圧で駆動し、且つ、前記最大の相とは異なる相のスイッチング素子のゲートを前記第1ゲート電源電圧よりも低い第2ゲート電源電圧で駆動する、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記制御回路は、前記異常が検出されると、前記インバータ回路と前記モータとの間に流れる電流の瞬時値の絶対値が最小の相のスイッチング素子のゲートを第2ゲート電源電圧で駆動し、且つ、前記最小の相とは異なる相のスイッチング素子のゲートを前記第2ゲート電源電圧よりも高い第1ゲート電源電圧で駆動する、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置と、前記インバータ回路と、を備える、モータ駆動装置。
- 請求項4に記載のモータ駆動装置と、前記モータと、を備える、モータ駆動システム。
- 前記モータは、車両の走行に使用されるモータである、請求項5に記載のモータ駆動システム。
