Abstract
Description
正極と負極との間に分離膜を介在して積層した電極組立体(モノセル)を用意した。このとき、正極の縦の長さは負極の縦の長さより長くて、負極から正極が突出したオーバーハング領域が導入されるように作製した。
上記実施例で製造されたリチウム析出挙動評価用の電池セルを充電しながら(0.1Cのシーレート、8.25mA、4.3VまでCC充電)、観測窓を通じて実時間でオーバーハング領域のリチウム析出挙動を観察し、その結果を図8~図9に示した。

前記電池セルを第2パウチに収容して2次シーリングする2次シーリングステップ(S30)と、
前記2次シーリングされた電池セルをフォーメーションし、前記第2パウチを除去する第2パウチ除去ステップ(S40)と、
前記第2パウチが除去された電池セルをデガッシングおよび再シーリングし、第1パウチのガスポケット部を除去するガスポケット部除去ステップ(S50)と、

前記製造されたリチウム析出挙動評価用の電池セルを充放電し、前記観測窓を通じて実時間で前記オーバーハング領域でのリチウム析出挙動を観察するステップを含む、リチウム析出挙動評価方法。 - 負極板から正極板が突出したオーバーハング領域が導入された電極組立体及び電解液を透明パウチに収容してシーリングした電池セルをアルミニウムラミネートシートのパウチでシーリングした電池セルであって、
前記アルミニウムラミネートシートのパウチは、前記オーバーハング領域に対応する部位に観測窓が具備され、
前記観測窓を通じてオーバーハング領域でリチウムの析出挙動を確認し、電気化学的評価を行うリチウム析出挙動評価用の電池セル。 - 前記透明パウチは、ポリエチレンテレフタレートまたはポリプロピレン素材のパウチである、請求項11に記載のリチウム析出挙動評価用の電池セル。
- 前記観測窓は、前記アルミニウムラミネートシートのパウチのうち、前記オーバーハング領域に対応する部位に形成された貫通口に透明フィルムを覆って形成されなる、請求項11又は12に記載のリチウム析出挙動評価用の電池セル。
- 前記透明フィルムは、アクリル系フィルムである、請求項13に記載のリチウム析出挙動評価用の電池セル。
- 前記透明フィルムは、ポリイミド系接着テープを用いて前記アルミニウムラミネートシートのパウチに付着されなる、請求項13又は14に記載のリチウム析出挙動評価用の電池セル。
