Claims (11)
- 複数の電池モジュールと、
前記複数の電池モジュールの縁に沿って配置されるベンティング誘導フレームと、
前記複数の電池モジュールおよび前記ベンティング誘導フレームを収納するハウジングとを含み、
前記ベンティング誘導フレームの内部に少なくとも一つの消炎部材が位置する、電池パック。 - 前記ベンティング誘導フレームは第1方向に平行に形成された一対の垂直ビーム(beam)および前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に平行に形成された一対の水平ビーム(beam)を含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記垂直ビームは、前記垂直ビームの長手方向に沿って形成された第1カバーと、前記第1カバーによって囲まれてベンティング物質が通過するように形成された第1通路とを含む管形状であり、
前記水平ビームは、前記水平ビームの長手方向に沿って形成された第2カバーと、前記第2カバーによって囲まれてガスが通過するように形成された第2通路とを含む管形状である、請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記消炎部材は第1消炎部材および第2消炎部材を含み、
前記第1通路には少なくとも一つの第1消炎部材が配置され、前記第2通路には少なくとも一つの第2消炎部材が配置される、請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記少なくとも一つの第1消炎部材は前記第1方向に沿って離隔して位置する、請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1通路に配置された第1消炎部材の個数が前記第2通路に配置された第2消炎部材の個数より多いかまたは同じである、請求項4又は5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2消炎部材に塗布された消炎物質の量が前記第1消炎部材に塗布された消炎物質の量より多い、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池モジュールは、
複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体と前記電池セル積層体を収納するモジュールフレーム、
前記モジュールフレームの前後面に露出した前記電池セル積層体を覆うエンドプレート、および
前記エンドプレートに前記電池モジュールの内部と連通する少なくとも一つのベンティングゲートを含む、請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記水平ビームは前記ベンティングゲートと互いに連通して連結される第1連結孔を含み、
前記第2消炎部材は前記第1連結孔に隣接して位置する、請求項8に記載の電池パック。 - 前記第2消炎部材は前記第1連結孔より大きいかまたは同じの大きさを有し、
前記第2消炎部材は前記第1連結孔と対応する位置で前記第1連結孔と前記第2消炎部材の間が密閉されるように結合される、請求項9に記載の電池パック。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックを含む、デバイス。
