Claims (10)
- 経カテーテル弁裂開装置(10、100)であって、
弁尖支持フレーム(12、112)と弁尖切開アセンブリ(14、114)とを具え、これらは両方ともガイド構造(16、116)に可動に取り付けられ、収縮配向と拡張配向との間で動作可能であり、前記拡張配向では、前記弁尖支持フレーム(12、112)のブレードプロテクタ(24、124)が、前記弁尖切開アセンブリ(14、114)の切開要素(36、136)の上に配置されることを特徴とする経カテーテル弁裂開装置(10、100)。 - 前記拡張配向において、前記ブレードプロテクタ(24、124)は、前記切開要素(36、136)に対して半径方向外側に配置される、請求項1に記載の経カテーテル弁裂開装置(10、100)。
- 前記切開要素(36、136)は、当該切開要素(36、136)と前記ブレードプロテクタ(24、124)との間に位置する組織を裂開するように構成される、請求項1に記載の経カテーテル弁裂開装置(10、100)。
- 前記弁尖切開アセンブリフレーム(14、114)が第1のバイアス装置(40、140)に結合された支持アーム(44、103、107)を具え、前記弁尖支持フレーム(12、112)が第2のバイアス装置(50、150)に結合されたフレームアーム(26、119)を具え、前記第1のバイアス装置(40、140)が収縮すると、前記支持アーム(44、103、107)の外向きの動きと、前記弁尖切開アセンブリフレーム(14、114)の拡張とを生じさせ、前記第2のバイアス装置(50、150)が収縮すると、前記フレームアーム(26、119)の外向きの動きと、前記弁尖支持フレーム(12、112)の拡張とを生じさせる、請求項1に記載の経カテーテル弁裂開装置(10、100)。
- 前記第1のバイアス装置(40、140)は、前記第2のバイアス装置(50、150)よりも強いバイアス力を有する、請求項4に記載の経カテーテル弁裂開装置(10、100)。
- 心臓組織を裂開するための方法であって、
請求項1に記載の装置(10、100)を、前記弁尖支持フレーム(12、112)と前記弁尖切開アセンブリ(14、114)とを収縮配向で心臓に対して導入するステップと、
前記弁尖支持フレーム(12、112)を拡張させるステップと、
前記弁尖切開アセンブリ(14、114)を拡張させるステップと、
前記弁尖切開アセンブリ(14、114)を動かして、前記切開要素(36、136)と前記ブレードプロテクタ(24、124)との間に位置する心臓組織を裂開するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記弁尖切開アセンブリ(14、114)を動かして心臓組織を裂開する前に、前記弁尖切開アセンブリ(14、114)の前記切開要素(36、136)で最初に前記心臓組織を穿刺するステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 経カテーテル大動脈弁置換術(TAVR)の処置において前記心臓組織を裂開することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- バルブインバルブTAVR(「TAVR-in-TAVR」)の処置において前記心臓組織を裂開することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 三尖化処置において前記心臓組織を裂開することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
