Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレームと、
前記モジュールフレームの底部下側に形成されて、前記複数の電池セルを冷却させるヒートシンクとを含み、
前記ヒートシンクは、下部プレートと、冷媒の流動経路を形成する隔壁部とを含み、
前記隔壁部は、形状記憶合金で形成され、温度に応じて前記隔壁部の形態が変形することによって、前記冷媒の流動を変更する電池モジュール。 - 最高温度が形成された部分において、前記隔壁部は、前記冷媒の流動経路上に複数の突出部が追加的に形成されるように変形する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁部は、前記冷媒の流動方向に向かって斜め方向に突出する複数の突出部が追加的に形成されるように変形する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の突出部は、前記冷媒の流動経路の両側に交互に配置される、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 最低温度が形成された部分において、前記隔壁部は、前記最低温度が形成される部分に形成された冷媒の流動経路が迂回経路となるように、近道経路が新設されるように変形する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁部は、前記近道経路上に形成された隔壁部分が分離されるように変形することによって、前記近道経路が新設される、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 分離された前記隔壁部分は、前記近道経路に向かって曲線形態に曲がり分離される、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記近道経路は、前記迂回経路よりも短い経路である、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、冷媒が流入するインレットと、冷媒が排出されるアウトレットとを含み、前記インレットと前記アウトレットは、前記ヒートシンクの一部分に共に形成された、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
