Abstract
Description
水平火炎試験
テキスタイル材料サンプルは、DIN EN ISO 15025A(2017年4月)試験規格に従って試験された。サンプルの溶融性テキスタイルを10秒間炎に露出した。アフターフレーム時間は3つのサンプルで平均化された。2秒を超えるアフターフレームを有するテキスタイルは可燃性であると考えられる。アフターフレームが2秒未満であるテキスタイルは、不燃性と考えられる。
1000質量部(pbw)のEDOLAN(登録商標)AMの混合物を、20pbwのACRACONC(登録商標)EP6049増粘剤、40pbwのEDOLAN(登録商標)XCI架橋剤、200pbwのAsbury 3626膨張性グラファイト、200pbwのPMN500メラミン難燃剤及び50pbwのAFLAMMIT(登録商標)PCO962FR添加剤と混合した。次に、混合物を1分間撹拌して、熱反応性組成物を形成した。熱反応性組成物は、約66%の水性アクリル樹脂、1.3%の増粘剤、2.7%の架橋剤、約30%の、膨張性グラファイトと難燃性添加剤の組み合わせを含んだ。
Claims (26)
- a)溶融可能層、
b)水性アクリル樹脂を含むポリマー樹脂と、膨張性グラファイトと、少なくとも1つの難燃性(FR)添加剤とを含む熱反応性材料、及び
c)該熱反応性材料の上に配置された追加の層、
を含んでなるテキスタイル複合材料であって、
該熱反応性材料は該溶融可能層と該追加の層との間に配置され、
該テキスタイル複合材料は約2秒未満のアフターフレームを有し、かつ
該テキスタイル複合材料は、DIN 54310で測定して、約5~約25ニュートン(N)の範囲の乾燥剥離強度を有する、テキスタイル複合材料。 - 前記熱反応性材料は、連続的又は不連続的なパターンで、前記溶融可能層、前記追加の層又はその両方に、適用されている、請求項1記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記熱反応性材料は不連続なドットパターンで適用されている、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記膨張性グラファイトは、TMA膨張試験で測定して、約280℃に加熱すると少なくとも約900マイクロメートル膨張する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記FR添加剤はメラミンもしくはポリホスフェート又はそれらの組み合わせである、請求項1~4のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記FR添加剤はメラミンポリホスフェートである、請求項1~5のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記膨張性グラファイトと前記少なくとも1つのFR添加剤との混合物は、熱反応性材料の総質量に基づいて、約5~約45wt%の膨張性グラファイト及び約5~45wt%のFR添加剤の範囲で前記熱反応性材料中に存在する、請求項1~6のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記熱反応性材料は、前記熱反応性材料の総質量に基づいて、約40~約80wt%の範囲のアクリルポリマー、及び、約20~約60wt%の範囲の、前記膨張性グラファイトと前記FR添加剤との混合物を含む、請求項1~7のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記追加の層は、テキスタイル層、熱安定なテキスタイル又はそれらの組み合わせである、請求項1~8のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記追加の層は、アラミド、難燃性綿、綿、亜麻、キュプロ、アセテート、トリアセテート、ウール、ビスコース、ポリベンズイミダゾール(PBI)、ポリベンゾオキサゾール(PBO)、FRレーヨン、モダクリル、モダクリル/綿ブレンド、ポリアミン、ガラス繊維、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン又はそれらの組み合わせのうちの1以上を含む、請求項1~9のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記追加の層は、溶融性テキスタイル又は溶融性フィルムのうちの少なくとも1つを含む溶融可能層である、請求項1~10のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記水性アクリル樹脂はアクリルアミド繰り返し単位を含む、請求項1~11のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記水性アクリル樹脂はN-メチロールアクリルアミド繰り返し単位を含む、請求項1~12のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記ポリマー樹脂は、少なくとも25wt%の水性アクリル樹脂、及び、少なくとも、酢酸ビニル、スチレン、ポリエーテル、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリエーテルポリウレタン、ポリエステルポリウレタン、ポリカーボネートポリウレタン又はそれらのコポリマーもしくはブレンドを含む群のポリマー樹脂を含む、請求項1~13のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記熱反応性材料は、前記溶融可能層の表面積の約25~約100%の範囲を覆う、請求項1~14のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記テキスタイル複合材料は、約80~約240グラム/平方メートル(gsm)の範囲の質量を有する、請求項1~15のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記テキスタイル複合材料は、DIN ISO 9237(1995)によって測定して、少なくとも約50 l/m2sの空気透過性を有する、請求項1~16のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 前記溶融可能層及び前記追加の層は前記熱反応性材料によって一緒に接着されている、請求項1~17のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料。
- 請求項1~18のいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル複合材料を含む衣服。
- i)水性アクリル樹脂、
ii)TMA膨張試験で測定して、約280℃で加熱すると少なくとも約900マイクロメートル膨張する膨張性グラファイト、及び
iii)少なくとも1つの難燃性添加剤、
を含んでなる熱反応性組成物。 - 前記水性アクリル樹脂はアクリルアミド繰り返し単位を含む、請求項20記載の熱反応性組成物。
- 前記アクリルアミド繰り返し単位はN-メチロールアクリルアミド繰り返し単位である、請求項21記載の熱反応性組成物。
- 前記熱反応性組成物は、前記熱反応性組成物の総質量に基づいて、約50~約90wt%の範囲の水性アクリル樹脂、約5~約45wt%の範囲の膨張性グラファイト、及び、約5~約45wt%の範囲の難燃性添加剤を含む、請求項20~22のいずれか1項記載の熱反応性組成物。
- 前記難燃性添加剤はメラミン、ポリホスフェート、メラミンポリホスフェート又はそれらの組み合わせである、請求項20~23のいずれか1項記載の熱反応性組成物。
- a)溶融可能層及び追加の層を提供し、
b)熱反応性組成物を該溶融可能層、該追加の層又はその両方の上に適用するに際し、該熱反応性組成物は、水性アクリル樹脂、膨張性グラファイト及び少なくとも1つの難燃性添加剤を含み、
c)該溶融可能層と該追加の層を、これら2つの層の間に挟まれた該熱反応性組成物と一緒に接着してラミネートを形成し、そして
d)該水性アクリル樹脂から水の少なくとも一部を除去するのに十分な温度に前記ラミネートを加熱する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記熱反応性組成物は不連続パターンで前記溶融可能層に適用される、請求項25記載の方法。
