Claims (10)
- アルミニウムバスバーであって、
酸化被膜絶縁層を備える絶縁部と、
前記絶縁部を介在して電気伝導性を有する通電部と、を含む、アルミニウムバスバー。 - 前記絶縁部には、前記酸化被膜絶縁層として表面に酸化アルミニウム層が形成されている、請求項1に記載のアルミニウムバスバー。
- 請求項1または2に記載のアルミニウムバスバーと、
バッテリーセルを備えるセルアセンブリと、
前記アルミニウムバスバーを介して前記セルアセンブリと電気的に接続される電装部品と、
前記セルアセンブリの一側に配置されて前記セルアセンブリと熱交換するヒートシンクと、を含み、
前記アルミニウムバスバーの前記絶縁部は、前記ヒートシンクの一面と接触して配置される、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記電装部品を載置するための電装品ハウジングをさらに含み、
前記アルミニウムバスバーの前記通電部は、前記電装品ハウジングに取り付けられ、
前記電装品ハウジングは、前記ヒートシンクに取り付けられる、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記電装品ハウジングは、前記ヒートシンクと対面して接触するベースプレートを備え、前記ベースプレートは、他の箇所よりも凸設されて端部から中心方向に延びているトンネル部を備え、
前記絶縁部の一部分は、前記トンネル部内に挿入されて支持される、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記絶縁部の一部分は、前記ベースプレートで覆われた状態で前記ヒートシンクの一面に接触して配置される、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記トンネル部の終端部の前に前記ベースプレートの板面を貫通するバスバー貫通孔が備えられ、前記通電部は前記バスバー貫通孔を通過して少なくとも1回以上折り曲げられて前記電装部品の電極ターミナルに接続される、請求項5または6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セルアセンブリは、前記バッテリーセルを内部に収容するセルケースをさらに含み、前記セルケースは、前記ヒートシンクの他面と接触する、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記アルミニウムバスバーの前記絶縁部と前記ヒートシンクとの間に介在されるシリコーンゲル状の熱伝導パッドをさらに含む、請求項3から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項3から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
