Abstract
Description

I.方法およびシステム
CaCO3 → CaO+CO2(ガス)

CaO(固体)+2NH4Cl(水溶液) → 2NH3(水溶液)+CaCl2(水溶液)+H2O(液体)
Ca(OH)2+2NH4Cl(水溶液) → 2NH3+CaCl2+2H2O
である場合、NH4Cl(新しいもの、およびさらに以下に説明される通り再循環されたもの)を用いて処理することによって溶媒和または可溶化される。
CaCl2(水溶液)+2NH3(水溶液)+CO2(ガス)+H2O → CaCO3(固体)+2NH4Cl(水溶液)
NH3(ガス)+HCl(水溶液) → NH4Cl(水溶液)
を経由して捕捉され得る。
NH3(水溶液)+CO2(水溶液)+H2O → HCO3 -+NH4 +

II.製品

石灰石の焼成からの沈殿物質の形成および転換
NH4Clを水に溶解させた。石灰石を950℃で4時間焼成し、室温に冷却し、NH4Cl水溶液に添加し、数時間混合した。生じた混合物をデカントして、重い不純物を除去した。濾過されていない溶液を気密容器に移した。溶液を熱交換器を介して供給し、それによって溶液を40℃に予熱した。炭酸化反応器は、バッフル、ガスディフューザ、pH電極、熱電対、タービンインペラ、ならびに液体、ガスおよびスラリーのための流入ポートおよび流出ポートを備えたアクリルシリンダーであった。質量流量制御装置により、CO2流入ガスを割り当てた。起動中に、容器内の溶液を熱交換器を介して反応器にポンプ注入した。ミキサーを撹拌しながら、ガスディフューザを介してCO2ガスを導入した。新しい反応物溶液の連続流入流を、反応器をpH8に維持することによって制御した。生じた反応性バテライトスラリーを保持容器に連続的に収集した。スラリーを真空濾過した。反応性バテライト濾過ケーキを100℃でオーブン乾燥させた。ケーキは、平均粒径9umを有する100%バテライトを示した。再生されたNH4Clを含有する透明な濾液を、その後の実験に再循環させた。
実施例2
石灰およびCO2からの沈殿物質の形成および転換
Claims (35)
- a)セメント工場において石灰石を焼成して、二酸化炭素、および酸化カルシウム、水酸化カルシウムまたはそれらの組合せから選択されるカルシウム化合物を形成する工程と、
b)前記カルシウム化合物を、水中でN含有塩を用いて処理して、カルシウム塩およびN含有塩を含む水溶液を生成する工程と、
c)前記水溶液を、1つまたは複数の沈殿条件下で前記二酸化炭素と接触させて、炭酸カルシウムを含む沈殿物質および上清水溶液を生成する工程であって、前記炭酸カルシウムがバテライトを含む、工程と
を含む、方法。 - 前記酸化カルシウムが、不完全燃焼石灰、低反応性石灰、高反応性石灰、またはそれらの組合せである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記焼成ステップが、溶鉱炉または回転炉において行われる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記セメント工場が、湿式プロセス工場または乾式プロセス工場である、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記処理ステップが、無水アンモニアまたはアンモニア水溶液を添加することをさらに含む、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記N含有塩が、N含有無機塩、N含有有機塩、またはそれらの組合せである、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記N含有塩が、N含有無機塩である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記N含有無機塩が、ハロゲン化アンモニウム、酢酸アンモニウム、硫酸アンモニウム、亜硫酸アンモニウム、硝酸アンモニウム、亜硝酸アンモニウム、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ハロゲン化アンモニウムが、塩化アンモニウムである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記N含有塩が、塩化アンモニウムである、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記N含有塩が、脂肪族アミン、脂環式アミン、複素環式アミン、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるN含有有機化合物を有するN含有有機塩である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記N含有塩:カルシウム化合物のモル比が、重量で約0.5:1~2:1の間である、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- アンモニアおよび/またはN含有塩を除去し、必要に応じて回収する工程であって、(i)前記処理ステップおよび/または前記接触ステップ中に、アンモニアを含むガス排気ストリームを回収するステップ、(ii)前記上清水溶液が、残留N含有塩を含み、前記上清水溶液から、前記残留N含有塩を回収する工程をさらに含むステップ、ならびに(iii)前記沈殿物質が、残留N含有塩を含み、前記沈殿物質から、前記残留N含有塩を除去し、必要に応じて回収する工程をさらに含むステップのうちの1つまたは複数のステップを使用する工程をさらに含む、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 熱分解、pH調整、逆浸透、多段フラッシュ、多重効用蒸留、蒸気再圧縮、蒸留、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される回収プロセスを使用して、前記上清水溶液から前記残留N含有塩を回収する工程をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記回収された残留N含有塩を、前記プロセスの前記処理ステップ、前記プロセスの前記接触ステップ、またはそれらの組合せに戻して再循環させる工程をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- アンモニアを含む前記ガス排気ストリームの前記回収ステップが、アンモニアを含む前記ガス排気ストリームを、スクラビングプロセスに付す工程を含み、前記スクラビングプロセスが、アンモニアを含む前記ガス排気ストリームを、前記工業プロセス由来の前記二酸化炭素および水でスクラビングして、アンモニア溶液を生成する工程を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- アンモニアを含む前記ガス排気ストリームの前記回収ステップが、アンモニアを含む前記ガス排気ストリームを、スクラビングプロセスに付す工程を含み、前記スクラビングプロセスが、アンモニアを含む前記ガス排気ストリームを、塩酸および水でスクラビングして、塩化アンモニウム溶液を生成する工程を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記アンモニア溶液が、必要に応じて、前記接触ステップに戻して再循環させるカルバメートを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記沈殿物質から前記残留N含有塩を除去し、必要に応じて回収する前記ステップ(iii)が、前記沈殿物質を約150~360℃の間で加熱して、前記沈殿物質から前記N含有塩を蒸発させ、必要に応じて凝縮によって前記N含有塩を回収する工程を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムが、反応性バテライトを含む、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムが、ステップ(iii)における加熱後に、反応性バテライトとして前記沈殿物質に残留する反応性バテライトを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 約150~360℃の間での前記沈殿物質の前記加熱が、約10分超または約10~60分の間行われる、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記N含有塩が、アンモニアガス、塩化水素ガス、塩素ガス、またはそれらの組合せを含む形態で、前記沈殿物質から蒸発する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 反応性バテライトを含む前記沈殿物質に水を添加し、前記バテライトをアラゴナイトに転換する工程をさらに含み、前記アラゴナイトが凝結し、硬化して、セメントまたはセメント製品を形成する、請求項20または21に記載の方法。
- 前記セメント製品が、石造ユニット、建築パネル、導管、水盤、梁、柱、スラブ、遮音バリア、断熱材料、およびそれらの組合せから選択される、形成された建材である、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記水溶液が、固体をさらに含む、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接触ステップの前に、濾過および/または遠心分離によって前記水溶液から前記固体を分離する工程をさらに含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記分離された固体が、フィラーとして前記沈殿物質に添加される、請求項27に記載の方法。
- すすぎ、熱分解、pH調整、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される回収プロセスを使用して、前記固体から前記残留N含有塩を回収する工程をさらに含む、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 前記固体が、前記水溶液から分離されず、前記水溶液が、前記二酸化炭素と接触させられて、前記固体をさらに含む前記沈殿物質を生成する、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記固体が、炭素、シリカ、酸化鉄、酸化アルミニウム、またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項26~30のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記固体が、前記水溶液中、前記沈殿物質中、またはそれらの組合せに、1~40wt%の間で存在する、請求項26~31のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1つまたは複数の沈殿条件が、温度、pH、圧力、イオン比、沈殿速度、添加物の存在、イオン種の存在、添加物およびイオン種の濃度、撹拌、滞留時間、混合速度、かき混ぜ形態、種結晶、触媒、膜または下地の存在、脱水、乾燥、ボールミル粉砕、ならびにそれらの組合せから選択される、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムの形成にとって都合が良い、または反応性バテライトの形成にとって都合が良い前記1つまたは複数の沈殿条件が、前記水溶液の7~8.5の間のpH、前記溶液の20~80℃の間の温度、15~60分の間の滞留時間、またはそれらの組合せを含む、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法によって形成された、製品。
