Claims (14)
- 複数の単位モジュールを含むバッテリーモジュールアセンブリ、及び前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリの長手方向の一側に結合されるBMSアセンブリを含むサブパックであって、
前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリは、
長手方向に沿って接続される複数の単位モジュールを含む第1サブモジュールと、
複数の単位モジュールを含み、前記単位モジュールの幅方向に沿って第1サブモジュールと接続される第2サブモジュールと、
を含み、
前記BMSアセンブリは、
前記第1サブモジュールの充放電を制御する第1のBMSと、
前記第2サブモジュールの充放電を制御する第2のBMSと、
前記第1のBMSと第2のBMSとの周囲を囲んで前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリの長手方向の一側に締結されるBMSフレームと、
を含む、サブパック。 - 前記単位モジュールは、
複数のセルグループを形成する複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを支持する下部ハウジングと、
前記下部ハウジングの上側に結合されて前記複数のバッテリーセルの収容空間を提供する上部ハウジングと、
前記上部ハウジングの上面に載置され、相互離隔して平行に配置される複数の並列バスバーと、
を含む、請求項1に記載のサブパック。 - 前記セルグループは、前記単位モジュールの長手方向に沿って配置される複数のバッテリーセルを含む、請求項2に記載のサブパック。
- 同じセルグループ内に含まれるバッテリーセルは、前記並列バスバーを通じて並列に接続される、請求項2または3に記載のサブパック。
- 前記第1サブモジュールに含まれる複数の単位モジュールは、同一延長線上に位置する並列バスバー同士の電気的な接続によって並列に接続されており、前記第2サブモジュールに含まれる複数の単位モジュールは、同一延長線上に位置する並列バスバー同士の電気的な接続によって並列に接続されている、請求項4に記載のサブパック。
- 前記第1サブモジュールと第2サブモジュールとは、互いに隣接した並列バスバー同士の電気的な接続によって互いに直列に接続される、請求項5に記載のサブパック。
- 前記同じセルグループ内に含まれる複数のバッテリーセル同士の並列接続、同じサブモジュールに含まれる複数の単位モジュール同士の並列接続、及び互いに隣接した複数のサブモジュール同士の直列接続は、すべてワイヤボンディングによって行われている、請求項6に記載のサブパック。
- 前記下部ハウジングは、
ボルト孔を備え、前記下部ハウジングの長手方向の一側に備えられる少なくとも一つの締結突出部と、
固定突起を備え、前記下部ハウジングの長手方向の一側に備えられる少なくとも一つの固定突出部と、
前記下部ハウジングの長手方向の他側に、前記締結突出部に対応する位置に対応する形状で備えられる第1締結収容部と、
前記下部ハウジングの長手方向の他側に、前記固定突出部に対応する位置に対応する形状で備えられる第1固定収容部と、
を含む、請求項2に記載のサブパック。 - 前記上部ハウジングは、
前記第1締結収容部に対応する位置に形成されるボルト孔と、
前記第1固定収容部に対応する位置に形成され、前記固定突起に対応する形状を有する突起収容溝と、
を含む、請求項8に記載のサブパック。 - 前記BMSフレームは、
前記締結突出部に対応する位置に設けられ、ボルト孔を備える複数の前面締結部と、
前記前面締結部及び前記締結突出部に対応する位置に備えられる複数の第2締結収容部と、
前記固定突出部に対応する位置に対応する形状で備えられる複数の第2固定収容部と、
を含む、請求項8に記載のサブパック。 - 前記第1のBMS及び第2のBMSのそれぞれは、複数のセンシング端子を含み、
前記第1のBMSのセンシング端子は、前記第1サブモジュールの並列バスバーとワイヤボンディングによって電気的に接続され、
前記第2のBMSのセンシング端子は、前記第2サブモジュールの並列バスバーとワイヤボンディングによって電気的に接続される、請求項2に記載のサブパック。 - 請求項1に記載のサブパックの一対が前記サブパックの長手方向に平行な中心軸を基準にして互いに鏡面対称状に結合されたバッテリーパック。
- 前記一対のサブパック同士を直列に接続し、前記BMSフレーム上に載置される直列バスバーをさらに含む、請求項12に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項12または13に記載のバッテリーパックを含む自動車。
