本出願は、2019年8月7日付け出願の韓国特許出願第10-2019-0096284号に基づく優先権を主張し、当該出願の明細書及び図面に開示された内容は、すべて本出願に組み込まれる。
バッテリーモジュールの下部を支持するパックトレイ、及びバッテリーモジュールを覆い、バッテリーモジュールの上端面と接触するように設けられたパックカバーを備えるパックケースと、パックカバーの上部に取り付けられるヒートシンクと、を含むバッテリーパックが提供される。

Claims (11)
- 複数のバッテリーモジュール、及び前記バッテリーモジュールを内部に固設可能なパックケースを備えるバッテリーパックであって、
前記バッテリーモジュールの下部を支持するパックトレイ、及び前記バッテリーモジュールを覆い、前記バッテリーモジュールの上端面と接触するように設けられたパックカバーを備えるパックケースと、
前記パックカバーの上端外面に取り付けられるヒートシンクであって、冷却水が循環可能な流路を内部に備えるヒートシンクと、
を含み、
前記パックカバーは、前記バッテリーモジュールの電極端子を互いに電気的に接続する端子接続部が上端内面に設けられており、
前記バッテリーモジュールはそれぞれ、バッテリーセル、及び前記バッテリーセルを収容するモジュールケースを含み、
前記電極端子は、方形板状であって、前記モジュールケースの一側面から突出して設けられている、バッテリーパック。 - 前記ヒートシンクは、前記パックカバーと一体的に設けられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、所定の外部構造物に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記パックカバーによって上部が覆われるとき、一つの前記バッテリーモジュールの電極端子と隣接する他の一つの前記バッテリーモジュールの電極端子とがそれぞれ前記端子接続部に上下方向に接触して電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記モジュールケースは、前記電極端子の下部を支持するように一側面から突設されて垂直方向に貫通孔を備える端子支持部を含む、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックカバーは、上端内面に取付ナットをさらに備え、
それぞれの前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記端子支持部の貫通孔に挿入されて前記取付ナットに垂直に締結される取付ボルトによって前記パックカバーに固定される、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記取付ボルト及び前記取付ナットの少なくともいずれか一つは、絶縁素材からなる、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記端子接続部は、
前記電極端子と面接触し、前記取付ボルトが通過可能な締結孔を備えるインタ-バスバーと、
前記インタ-バスバーを支持し、前記パックカバーの内面に固設されるブラケット部材と、
を含む、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ブラケット部材は、前記取付ナットと形状合わせられ、前記パックカバーの内面に取り付けられる、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数のバッテリーモジュールは、2列に配置され、電極端子同士が前記パックケースの中心部を基準にして対向するように配置される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
