Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを収容するモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケース内に備えられ、前記複数のバッテリーセルの電極リードと電気的に接続されるバスバーアセンブリと、を含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記バスバーアセンブリは、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの少なくとも一側に配置されるバスバーフレームと、
前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記複数のバッテリーセルの電極リードを貫通させる複数のリードスロットと、
前記複数のリードスロットに対向して配置され、前記複数のバッテリーセルの電極リードと連結される複数のセンシングバスバーと、
前記複数のセンシングバスバーの少なくとも一端部を覆い、前記複数のセンシングバスバーの前記少なくとも一端部を囲む複数の短絡防止部と、を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数の短絡防止部は、前記複数のセンシングバスバーの下端部を覆うように前記バスバーフレームに備えられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の短絡防止部は、それぞれのセンシングバスバーの下端部を収容可能な所定の収容空間を備える、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のセンシングバスバーは、前記バスバーフレームの上端から下端に摺動しながら前記複数の短絡防止部の内部に挿入される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の短絡防止部は、前記バスバーフレームに一体で形成される、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の短絡防止部は、前記バスバーフレームの下端部と前記複数のリードスロットとの間に備えられる、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の短絡防止部は、絶縁材質を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の短絡防止部は、ラバー材質で設けられる、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
