Description
本出願は、2019年7月11日に提出された大韓民国特許出願第10-2019-0083975号、2019年12月2日に提出された大韓民国特許出願第10-2019-0158213号及び2019年12月2日に提出された大韓民国特許出願第10-2019-0158214号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、該当韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
本出願は、樹脂充填物体及びその製造方法に関する。

ここで、本実施形態に係る発明の例を項目として記載する。
[項目1]
長手方向に形成された貫通空間及び内部に前記長手方向に形成された一つ以上のスロットを有する縁部を含む筒状の物体を用いる樹脂充填物体の製造方法であって、
前記スロットに樹脂及び磁性粉末を含む樹脂組成物を導入するステップ;
前記スロットに前記樹脂組成物が導入された前記筒状の物体の前記貫通空間内にソレノイドコイルを挿入するステップ;及び
前記ソレノイドコイルで磁場を発生させて前記樹脂を硬化させるステップを含む、樹脂充填物体の製造方法。

前記樹脂は、絶縁性樹脂である、項目1に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
[項目3]
前記磁性粉末は、一つ以上の磁性体を含み、
前記磁性体は、磁性粒子及び前記磁性粒子の表面に導入された表面処理剤を含む、項目1又は2に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
[項目4]
前記磁性粒子の平均粒径は、20nm~300nmの範囲内であり、
前記磁性粒子が有する結晶のサイズは、10nm~40nmの範囲内である、項目3に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
[項目5]
前記表面処理剤は、ポリオール系化合物、ポリシロキサン系化合物、アルキルリン酸(alkyl phosphoric acid)系表面処理剤、アルキルカルボン酸系表面処理剤、スルホン酸(alkyl sulfonic acid)系表面処理剤、長鎖アルキル基を含む酸化合物、酸性官能基又はアミノ基を含むアクリル共重合体、芳香族酸系表面処理剤、酸性官能基又はアミノ基を含むブロック共重合体である、項目3又は4に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
[項目6]
前記磁性粒子の粒径の変動係数は、5%~30%の範囲内である、項目3から5のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
[項目7]
前記スロットに樹脂組成物を導入する前に前記スロットに絶縁紙を導入するステップをさらに含む、項目1から6のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
[項目8]
前記スロットに絶縁紙を導入する前に前記スロットに巻線を導入するステップをさらに含む、項目7に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
[項目9]
前記スロット内に樹脂組成物を導入する前に、前記筒状の物体の貫通空間内にソレノイドコイルを挿入した後、前記ソレノイドコイルで磁場を発生させて前記筒状の物体を予熱するステップをさらに含む、項目1から8のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
[項目10]
前記筒状の物体の予熱は、前記筒状の物体の温度が前記樹脂組成物の硬化開始温度未満になるように調節する、項目9に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
[項目11]
前記筒状の物体の予熱は、前記筒状の物体の温度を調節するが、その温度での前記樹脂組成物の粘度が常温での粘度に対して1/100超過の粘度が維持されるように調節する、項目9又は10に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
[項目12]
前記樹脂組成物の導入を前記ソレノイドコイルで磁場を発生させながら行う、項目9から11のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
[項目13]
前記樹脂組成物の導入を液状ディッピング方式、固相ディッピング方式又はトリックリング方式で行う、項目1から12のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
[項目14]
磁場発生装置を用いて前記ソレノイドコイルに交流電流を印加して磁場を発生させて前記樹脂を硬化する、項目1から13のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
[項目15]
長手方向に形成された貫通空間及び内部に前記長手方向に形成された一つ以上のスロットを有する縁部を含む筒状の物体;及び前記スロットの内部を充填し、樹脂成分と磁性粉末を含む樹脂充填物を含み、
前記スロットで前記樹脂充填物の充填率が90%以上であり、
線間抵抗が18mΩ~21mΩの範囲内であり、
1000Vでの絶縁抵抗が20mΩ以上であり、
1,900Vでの漏洩電流が20mA以下である、樹脂充填物体。
[項目16]
前記スロットの幅方向の断面積は、0.01cm2~10cm2の範囲内である、項目15に記載の樹脂充填物体。
[項目17]
前記縁部には、2個~100個のスロットが存在する、項目15又は16に記載の樹脂充填物体。
[項目18]
前記筒状の物体は、モータ用ステータであり、前記樹脂成分は、絶縁性樹脂に由来する成分である、項目15から17のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂充填物体。
[項目19]
前記スロットで前記樹脂充填物と前記スロットの内壁の間に存在する絶縁紙をさらに含む、項目15から18のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂充填物体。
[項目20]
前記スロットに存在する巻線をさらに含む、項目15から19のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂充填物体。

Claims (20)
- 長手方向に形成された貫通空間及び内部に前記長手方向に形成された一つ以上のスロットを有する縁部を含む筒状の物体を用いる樹脂充填物体の製造方法であって、
前記スロットに樹脂及び磁性粉末を含む樹脂組成物を導入するステップ;
前記スロットに前記樹脂組成物が導入された前記筒状の物体の前記貫通空間内にソレノイドコイルを挿入するステップ;及び
前記ソレノイドコイルで磁場を発生させて前記樹脂を硬化させるステップを含む、樹脂充填物体の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂は、絶縁性樹脂である、請求項1に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
- 前記磁性粉末は、一つ以上の磁性体を含み、
前記磁性体は、磁性粒子及び前記磁性粒子の表面に導入された表面処理剤を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。 - 前記磁性粒子の平均粒径は、20nm~300nmの範囲内であり、
前記磁性粒子が有する結晶のサイズは、10nm~40nmの範囲内である、請求項3に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。 - 前記表面処理剤は、ポリオール系化合物、ポリシロキサン系化合物、アルキルリン酸(alkyl phosphoric acid)系表面処理剤、アルキルカルボン酸系表面処理剤、スルホン酸(alkyl sulfonic acid)系表面処理剤、長鎖アルキル基を含む酸化合物、酸性官能基又はアミノ基を含むアクリル共重合体、芳香族酸系表面処理剤、酸性官能基又はアミノ基を含むブロック共重合体である、請求項3又は4に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
- 前記磁性粒子の粒径の変動係数は、5%~30%の範囲内である、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
- 前記スロットに樹脂組成物を導入する前に前記スロットに絶縁紙を導入するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
- 前記スロットに絶縁紙を導入する前に前記スロットに巻線を導入するステップをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
- 前記スロット内に樹脂組成物を導入する前に、前記筒状の物体の貫通空間内にソレノイドコイルを挿入した後、前記ソレノイドコイルで磁場を発生させて前記筒状の物体を予熱するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
- 前記筒状の物体の予熱は、前記筒状の物体の温度が前記樹脂組成物の硬化開始温度未満になるように調節する、請求項9に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
- 前記筒状の物体の予熱は、前記筒状の物体の温度を調節するが、その温度での前記樹脂組成物の粘度が常温での粘度に対して1/100超過の粘度が維持されるように調節する、請求項9又は10に記載の樹脂充填物体の製造方法。
