Claims (4)
- 強化繊維シートに樹脂を含浸して硬化させることで繊維強化複合材料を成形する繊維強化複合材料の製造方法であり、
成形金型のキャビティに前記強化繊維シートを収納する収納工程と、
前記成形金型の前記キャビティに前記樹脂を注入することで前記強化繊維シートに前記樹脂を含浸させ、前記樹脂を硬化させる成形工程と、を具備し、
前記成形工程では、磁性体粉が添加された前記樹脂を前記キャビティに注入し、前記キャビティで磁界を発生させることで、前記磁性体粉が添加された前記樹脂を流動させることを特徴とする繊維強化複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記磁性体粉が含まれる前記樹脂が、前記強化繊維シートが曲折成形される部位に向かって流動するように、前記磁界を発生させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繊維強化複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記磁界は、前記成形金型に備えられた電磁石で発生させることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の繊維強化複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記成形金型には、第1注入口および第2注入口が形成され、
前記磁性体粉が含まれる前記樹脂は、前記第1注入口から前記キャビティに注入され、
前記磁性体粉とは異なる材料から成る添加粉末が含まれる前記樹脂は、前記第2注入口から前記キャビティに注入されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の繊維強化複合材料の製造方法。
