Abstract
Description
各々が、一方向へ積層された複数の二次電池と、前記複数の二次電池が収納される内部空間が形成され、内部温度が所定の温度以上に上昇する場合、消火液が内部へ供給されるように構成されたパックハウジングと、を含み、上下方向に配列された複数のバッテリーパックと、
前記複数のバッテリーパックが収納される収納空間を有し、各々が、前記バッテリーパックが搭載され、ある一方向へ進むほど高さが低くなるように所定の角度で傾いた搭載面と、前記ある一方向の端部が下方に位置したバッテリーパックよりも外側方向へ突出した延長部と、を備えた複数の棚プレートが備えられたラックケースと、を含む。
前記複数のバッテリーパックの前端に位置し、地面に支持されるように構成された柱部を備えた前方フレームと、
前記複数のバッテリーパックの後端に位置し、地面に支持されるように構成された柱部を備えた後方フレームと、
前記棚プレートと結合し、前記前方フレーム及び前記後方フレームの各々の柱部に前記ある一方向へ進むほど高さが低くなるように所定の角度で傾いて結合した固定ブラケットと、を備え得る。

Claims (10)
- 各々が、一方向へ積層された複数の二次電池と、前記複数の二次電池を収納する内部空間が形成され、内部温度が所定の温度以上に上昇する場合、消火液が内部へ供給されるように構成されたパックハウジングと、を含み、上下方向に配列された複数のバッテリーパックと、
前記複数のバッテリーパックが収納される収納空間を有し、各々が、前記バッテリーパックが搭載され、ある一方向へ進むほど高さが低くなるように所定の角度で傾いた搭載面と、前記ある一方向の端部が下方に位置したバッテリーパックよりも外側方向へ突出した延長部と、を備えた複数の棚プレートが備えられたラックケースと、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーラック。 - 前記ラックケースは、
前記複数のバッテリーパックの前端に位置し、地面に支持されるように構成された柱部を備えた前方フレームと、
前記複数のバッテリーパックの後端に位置し、地面に支持されるように構成された柱部を備えた後方フレームと、
前記棚プレートと結合し、前記前方フレーム及び前記後方フレームの各々の柱部に前記ある一方向へ進むほど高さが低くなるように所定の角度で傾いて結合した固定ブラケットと、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記複数の棚プレートのうち相対的に下段に位置した棚プレートの延長部の突出した端部は、相対的に上段に位置した棚プレートの延長部の端部よりも内側に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記複数のバッテリーパックのうち相対的に下段に位置したバッテリーパックの前記ある一方向の端部は、相対的に上段に位置したバッテリーパックの端部よりも内側に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記棚プレートには、前記搭載されたバッテリーパックの前記ある一方向の移動を阻止するストッパが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記バッテリーパックには、
上段の棚プレートから落下した消火液を外部へ流すように前記バッテリーパックの端部から外側方向へ延びた蓋部がさらに備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記棚プレートには、前記パックハウジングから排出された消火液の移動をガイドするように構成されたガイド溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記棚プレートには、上方のバッテリーパックから落下した消火液を受けて外部へ流すように構成された排出部が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記バッテリーパックにおいて、
前記複数の二次電池のうち前記ある一方向の反対方向に位置した二次電池には、前記消火液を吸収するように構成された吸収部材が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーラックを少なくとも一つ以上含む電力貯蔵装置。
