Abstract
Description
a.検出システムを用いて、目標物体を検出すると共に、目標物体の位置および速度を測定する段階と、
b.目標物体の位置および速度に応じて、ホスト車両との衝突に至るよう目標物体によって取られかねない危機的経路を推定する段階であって、当該危機的経路は衝突危険性/衝突時間の組と関連付けられている段階と、
c.警報システムの光モジュールを用いて、ホスト車両の運転者に対して少なくとも1つの光警報を発する段階であって、発せられるべき光警報の型式が、危機的経路の衝突危険性/衝突時間の組に応じて選択される段階と、
を備えたことを特徴とする方法に関するものである。
a.目標物体の位置および速度に応じて、ホスト車両との衝突に至るよう目標物体によって取られかねない複数の別個の経路を推定することであって、各経路が衝突危険性/衝突時間の組と関連付けられていることと、
b.複数の経路におけるそれぞれの経路の衝突危険性/衝突時間の組に応じて、複数の経路の中から危機的経路を選び出すことと、
を含んでいる。
Claims (12)
- ホスト自動車両(H)の少なくとも1つの目標物体(C)との衝突を防止するための方法であって、前記ホスト自動車両は、前記目標物体を検出することのできる検出システムと、少なくとも1つの光モジュールを備えた警報システムとを具備している、方法において、
a.前記検出システムを用いて、前記目標物体を検出すると共に、前記目標物体の位置(PC)および速度(VC)を測定する段階(E1)と、
b.前記目標物体の位置および速度に応じて、前記ホスト車両との衝突に至るよう前記目標物体によって取られかねない危機的経路(TC)を推定する段階であって、当該危機的経路は衝突危険性(RC)/衝突時間(TTC)の組と関連付けられている、段階(E2,E3)と、
c.前記警報システムの前記光モジュールを用いて、前記ホスト車両の運転者に対して少なくとも1つの光警報(MB,RW)を発する段階であって、発せられるべき前記光警報の型式が、前記危機的経路の前記衝突危険性/衝突時間の組に応じて選択される、段階(E4)と、
を備えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記目標物体(C)の検出は、前記検出システムによって個別に検出された実質的に隣り合う複数の障害物(C2,C3)同士を単一の目標物体(C23)へと一纏めにすることを含んでいる、前記請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記目標物体(T)によって取られかねない危機的経路(TC)の推定は、
a.前記目標物体の位置(PC)および速度(VC)に応じて、前記ホスト車両(H)との衝突に至るよう前記目標物体によって取られかねない複数の別個の経路(Ti)を推定することであって、各経路が衝突危険性(RC)/衝突時間(TTC)の組と関連付けられていること(E2)と、
b.前記複数の経路におけるそれぞれの経路の前記衝突危険性/衝突時間の組に応じて、前記複数の経路の中から危機的経路(TC)を選び出すこと(E3)と、
を含んでいる、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記複数の経路におけるそれぞれの経路(Ti)は、前記検出システムによって測定された前記目標物体(C)の位置(PC)および速度(VC)と、前記検出システムによる前記目標物体の当該位置および速度の測定の精度を表す値とに基づいて推定される、前記請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の経路におけるそれぞれの経路(Ti)と関連付けられる前記衝突危険性(RC)が、当該経路と所与の時点において推定される前記ホスト車両(H)の位置(Gj)との間での遭遇の確率に対応している、請求項3と請求項4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記複数の経路(Ti)の中から選び出された前記危機的経路(TC)が、最高の衝突危険性(RC)と最短の衝突時間(TTC)とを有する経路に対応している、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記目標物体(C)の前記危機的経路(TC)と関連付けられる前記衝突危険性(RC)/衝突時間(TTC)の組に応じて、予め決められた複数の危険性レベルの中から前記目標物体と関連付けられる危険性レベルが選び出され、当該選び出された危険性レベルに対応する前記光警報の型式が前記目標物体について選択される、前記請求項のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 実質的に同じ危険性レベルを有している検出された前記目標物体(C1,C4)の全てについて同じ型式の光警報(RW1,RW2)が発せられる、前記請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記警報システムは複数の光モジュールを備え、前記警報システムの各光モジュールが、前記ホスト車両(H)の道路照明システム、前記ホスト車両の光合図システム、および/または前記ホスト車両の車内照明システムの全部ないし一部を形成しており、前記光警報の型式の選択は、前記警報システムの前記光モジュールのうち前記光警報(MB,RW)を作り出す光ビームを放出するよう作動されるべき1つないし複数のモジュールの選択を含んでいる、前記請求項のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記光警報の型式の選択は、前記光警報を作り出す道路の所定部位内への光ビーム(MB,RW)の放出のための、当該道路の部位の選択を含んでいる、前記請求項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するように設計されたプログラムコードを備えるコンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項11記載のコンピュータプログラムが記録されたデータ媒体。
