Claims (12)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セルから延びた電極リードに連結された第1バスバーと、
隣接した他の電池モジュールとの連結のために前記第1バスバーに連結された連結部材とを含む電池モジュールであって、
前記第1バスバーは、前記電極リードに連結された第1部分と、前記連結部材に連結された第2部分とを含み、
前記第1部分および前記第2部分のいずれか一方に、突出部が形成され、他方に、前記突出部が挿入される貫通口が形成され、
前記貫通口に前記突出部が挿入されて前記第1部分と前記第2部分とが連結され、
前記突出部は、温度が上昇すると、体積が収縮したり形態が変化したりする素材を含む電池モジュール。 - 前記突出部は、温度上昇により体積が収縮する形状記憶合金を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部は、温度上昇により形態が変化する形状記憶合金を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部は、温度上昇により形態が変化して、前記第2部分と平行な方向の幅が減少し、前記第2部分と垂直な方向の高さが増加する、請求項1又は3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記貫通口の内壁と前記突出部とが互いに密着した、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部が前記貫通口に挿入されて、クリンチング(Clinching)結合を形成する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2部分は、前記連結部材と接合される接続部を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部は、前記貫通口に対応する形状を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部および前記貫通口それぞれは、2以上である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1部分にスリットが形成され、
前記電極リードは、前記スリットを通過した後に折り曲げられて前記第1部分に連結される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1バスバーと前記電池セル積層体との間にバスバーフレームが位置し、
前記第1バスバーは、前記バスバーフレームに装着される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを1つ以上含む電池パック。
