Claims (13)
- 複数の電池セル、および
前記複数の電池セルを電気的に連結するバスバーを含み、
前記バスバーは、開口が形成されたバスバー本体、および前記バスバー本体の前記開口に挿入されてバスバー本体によって囲まれている安全部を含み、
前記安全部は、体積膨張樹脂、伝導性物質および接着剤を含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記安全部は、前記バスバー本体と同一な厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記体積膨張樹脂は、所定温度以上の環境でガスを発生させる物質を含む、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記体積膨張樹脂は、メラミンシアヌレートを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記安全部は、前記体積膨張樹脂、前記伝導性物質、および前記接着剤が混合されて形成される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記所定温度以上の環境で体積膨張樹脂からガスが発生することによって前記安全部の抵抗が上昇して電流が遮断される、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記所定温度未満の環境で前記安全部は前記伝導性物質によって導電性を有する、請求項3または6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記伝導性物質は、金属粉末または炭素粉末である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記所定温度は、110℃~120℃である、請求項3、6、または7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーは、前記バスバー本体に形成され、前記複数の電池セルから延長されたリードが挿入されるスリット、および前記バスバー本体の一端部から延長されて折り曲げられた形状を有する端子連結部を含み、前記安全部は前記スリットと前記端子連結部の間に位置する、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記安全部は、複数のストライプが集合された形状を有する、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~11のうちのいずれか一項による少なくとも一つの電池モジュール、および
前記少なくとも一つの電池モジュールをパッケージングするパックケース
を含む、電池パック。 - 請求項12による少なくとも一つの電池パックを含む、デバイス。
