を少なくとも備える。

例
i)滅菌された使用済みの吸収性衛生製品の化合物により汚染の程度を検証し、
ii)処理された使用済みの吸収性衛生製品の残りの化合物の除染を得る際に、特定の酸化組成物の有効性を試験する
ために、本願の発明者により行われた実験的な試験に関する。以下の結果は、酸化剤の特定の組成物を用いて使用済みの吸収性衛生製品を処理することにより実行される除染段階が、99%を超えるレベルでも残りの有機化合物の大幅な減少を可能にすることを証明している。
滅菌された使用済みの衛生製品の化学汚染
i)回収されているが、予備汚染で処理されていない使用済みの吸収性衛生製品、
ii)「汚染している」化合物が乾燥材料1kgあたり、580μg/kgss、マイクログラムの濃度で加えられた使用済みの吸収性衛生製品(強化されたというよりは、スパイクされたサンプル)、
iii)「汚染している」化合物が、乾燥材料1kgあたり1000μg/kgss、マイクログラムの濃度で加えられている、分離段階中に回収された使用済みのセルロース(オーバスパイクされたサンプル)
が試験される一連の実験的な試験を行った。
以下の基本的な条件が用いられた。
1.抽出する段階:水/メタノール、1:1v/v、
2.液体/個体の比率:L/S、10L/Kgに等しい、
3.液固接触時間:24時間浸漬、
4.抽出の回数は、少なくとも3回に等しい。

- 残留薬剤を含むヒトの新陳代謝に由来する有機化合物で汚染された使用済みの吸収性衛生製品を滅菌及び除染するための方法であって、前記使用済みの吸収性衛生製品は、プラスチック、高吸水性樹脂(SAP)及び任意でセルロースのフラクションを包含しており、前記方法は、
140℃に等しい又はこれよりも低い温度まで加熱すること、及び、4バール(4×103ヘクトパスカル)よりも低い圧力で処理することにより、前記使用済みの吸収性衛生製品を滅菌する段階(SR)と、
過酸化水素、過炭酸ナトリウム、過炭酸カリウム、過ホウ酸ナトリウム、過ホウ酸カリウム、モノ過硫酸カリウム、過硫酸アンモニウム、過硫酸ナトリウム、過硫酸カリウム、及び、オゾンから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を有する酸化組成物を用いた処理により、残留薬剤を含むヒトの新陳代謝に由来する前記有機化合物の前記使用済みの吸収性衛生製品を除染する段階(DC)と

- 前記使用済みの吸収性衛生製品は、50℃よりも高い温度で、前記酸化組成物を用いて処理される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化組成物は、前記使用済みの吸収性衛生製品の前記乾燥重量に対して、5重量%よりも多い、好ましくは、10重量%よりも多い、より好ましくは、10重量%と90重量%との間の量の過酸化水素を有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記除染する段階(DC)は、前記酸化組成物を用いて前記細断されて乾燥させた使用済みの吸収性衛生製品から分離された前記プラスチック及び/又は前記セルロースを処理することにより実行される、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの化合物は、前記細断されて乾燥させた使用済みの吸収性衛生製品から分離された前記プラスチック及び/又は前記セルロースの前記乾燥重量に対して、2重量%に等しい又はこれよりも多い量で前記酸化組成物に包含されている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化組成物は、前記細断されて乾燥させた使用済みの吸収性衛生製品から分離された前記プラスチック及び/又は前記セルロースの前記乾燥重量に対して、5重量%よりも多い、好ましくは、10重量%よりも多い、より好ましくは、10重量%と90重量%との間の量の過酸化水素を有する、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 前記滅菌する段階(SR)は、前記使用済みの吸収性衛生製品を120℃と140℃との間の温度、及び、1バール(1×103ヘクトパスカル)と、3.6バール(3.6×103ヘクトパスカル)との間に含まれる圧力まで加熱することにより実行される、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化組成物は、モノ過硫酸カリウムを有する、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化組成物は、3:1と20:1との間、好ましくは、5:1と18:1との間の過酸化水素:モノ過硫酸カリウムの重量比で、過酸化水素及びモノ過硫酸カリウムを有する、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項4から17のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られる、使用済みの吸収性衛生製品から分離され、残留薬剤を含むヒトの新陳代謝に由来する有機化合物の除染されたプラスチック。
- 請求項5から17のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られる、使用済みの吸収性衛生製品に由来し、残留薬剤を含むヒトの新陳代謝に由来する有機化合物が除染されたセルロース。
- 請求項6から17のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られる、残留薬剤を含むヒトの新陳代謝に由来する有機化合物が除染された使用済みの吸収性衛生製品に由来する高吸水性樹脂(SAP)。
