Claims (11)
- 電力貯蔵装置であって、
所定の収容空間が備えられるラックコンテナと、
前記ラックコンテナ内に配置され、所定の冷媒を備えるクーラントタンクを備える複数個のバッテリーラックと、
前記複数個のバッテリーラックの前記クーラントタンクを連結する少なくとも一つの流量補充ユニットと、を含むことを特徴とする、電力貯蔵装置。 - 前記複数個のバッテリーラックは、各々、
前記バッテリーラックの上下方向に沿って相互に積層され、少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含む複数個のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールを収容するラックケースと、
前記ラックケースの上側に備えられる前記クーラントタンクと、
前記クーラントタンクと前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールとを連結する配管ユニットと、
前記配管ユニットと前記クーラントタンクとの間に備えられ、前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールの少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールの温度が所定の温度以上であるとき、前記所定の温度以上のバッテリーモジュールに前記冷媒を供給するように開放されて前記クーラントタンクの冷媒を前記配管ユニットに送るバルブユニットと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電力貯蔵装置。 - 前記少なくとも一つの流量補充ユニットは、
前記バルブユニットの開放によって、前記クーラントタンクの内部の冷媒が減少して前記所定の温度以上のバッテリーモジュールに流入する流量が減少することを防止するよう、前記開放されたバルブユニットと連結されたクーラントタンク側に冷媒を供給することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電力貯蔵装置。 - 前記少なくとも一つの流量補充ユニットは、
前記冷媒の流動のための内部流路を備え、前記バッテリーラックのクーラントタンクと隣接する少なくとも一つのバッテリーラックのクーラントタンクを連結することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電力貯蔵装置。 - 前記少なくとも一つの流量補充ユニットは、
前記内部流路を備え、所定の長さに形成される連結パイプと、
前記連結パイプに備えられ、前記内部流路を開閉する少なくとも一つの流量バルブと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電力貯蔵装置。 - 前記複数個のバッテリーラックは、各々、
前記ラックケースに備えられ、前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールの温度を感知するための少なくとも一つの温度センサーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載の電力貯蔵装置。 - 前記複数個のバッテリーラックは、各々、
前記少なくとも一つの温度センサー、前記バルブユニット及び前記少なくとも一つの流量補充ユニットと電気的に接続し、前記バルブユニット及び前記流量補充ユニットの動作を制御する制御ユニットを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電力貯蔵装置。 - 前記流量補充ユニットは、
前記複数個のバッテリーラックのクーラントタンクを連結できるように複数個が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項3~7のいずれか一項に記載の電力貯蔵装置。 - 前記複数個の流量補充ユニットは、
前記複数個のバッテリーラックの少なくとも一方向に沿って配置されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電力貯蔵装置。 - 前記配管ユニットは、
前記バルブユニットと連結されるメイン配管と、
前記メイン配管と連結され、各々のバッテリーモジュールと連結される複数個のモジュール配管と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2~9のいずれか一項に記載の電力貯蔵装置。 - 前記冷媒が、水であることを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の電力貯蔵装置。
