Claims (8)
- バッテリーラックであって、
前記バッテリーラックの上下方向に沿って相互に積層され、少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含む複数個のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールを収容するラックケースと、
前記ラックケースの上側に備えられ、所定の冷媒を備えるクーラントタンクと、
前記クーラントタンクと前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールとを連結する配管ユニットと、
前記配管ユニットと前記クーラントタンクとの間に備えられ、前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールの少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールの温度が所定の温度以上であるとき、前記所定の温度以上のバッテリーモジュールに前記冷媒を供給するように開放されて前記クーラントタンクの冷媒を前記配管ユニットへ送るバルブユニットと、を含み、
前記配管ユニットは、
前記バルブユニットと連結されるメイン配管と、
前記メイン配管と連結され、各々のバッテリーモジュールと連結される複数個のモジュール配管と、を含み、
前記メイン配管には、前記メイン配管の高さによる水圧を調節するための水圧調節部が備えられ、
前記水圧調節部は、前記メイン配管の内壁に備えられ、前記メイン配管の上下方向において前記複数個のモジュール配管の間に配置されることを特徴とする、バッテリーラック。 - 前記ラックケースに備えられ、前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールの温度を感知するための少なくとも一つの温度センサーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記バルブユニットは、
前記クーラントタンクと前記配管ユニットとを連結し、内部に前記冷媒の流動のためのバルブ流路を備えるバルブ本体と、
前記バルブ本体内に開閉可能に備えられ、前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールの温度が所定の温度未満であるとき、前記バルブ流路を閉塞し、前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールの少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールの温度が所定の温度以上であるとき、前記バルブ流路を開放する開閉バルブと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記少なくとも一つの温度センサー及び前記バルブユニットと電気的に接続し、前記バルブユニットの動作を制御する制御ユニットを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記メイン配管は、
前記ラックケースの上下方向に沿って所定の長さで長く形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記複数個のモジュール配管は、
前記ラックケースの上下方向に沿って相互に所定の距離で離隔することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記冷媒は、水であることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーラックを含む、電力貯蔵装置。
