Abstract

Claims (20)
- 方法であって、

真空源によって、前記吸着剤及び前記試料バイアルを通して真空を引くことと、
前記真空源によって前記真空を引いている間、
前記吸着剤を使用して前記1種以上の標的化合物を留め置くことと、
前記試料の1種以上の他の化合物を蒸発させてシステムから除去することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記吸着剤及び前記試料バイアルを通して前記真空を引くこと、前記吸着剤を使用して前記1種以上の標的化合物を留め置くこと、並びに前記試料の前記1種以上の他の化合物を蒸発させて前記システムから除去することが、動的真空抽出過程中に生じる、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記真空源が、複数の吸着剤を通して前記真空を同時に引き、各吸着剤が、複数の試料バイアルのうちの1つに含まれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記吸着剤と前記試料抽出装置の下部開口との間に配置されている前記試料抽出装置の下部輸送部を使用して、前記吸着剤及び前記試料バイアルを熱的に分離することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記試料の前記1種以上の他の化合物を蒸発させて前記システムから除去した後に、拡散真空抽出過程中に、前記試料抽出装置の前記下部輸送部において前記試料の1種以上の第2の標的化合物を収集することを更に含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 真空センサを使用して、前記試料バイアル内の前記圧力を検知することと、
前記試料バイアル内の前記圧力が所定の閾値よりも低いと判定することに基づいて、前記システムから前記試料の前記1種以上の他の化合物が完全に除去されたと判定することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - システムであって、
吸着剤を含む試料抽出装置と、
移送ラインを含まない結合部であって、前記試料抽出装置を、1種以上の標的化合物及び1種以上の他の化合物を含む試料を含む試料バイアルに結合するように構成された、結合部と、
真空源であって、
前記吸着剤及び前記試料バイアルを通して真空を引くことと、
前記試料の前記1種以上の他の化合物を蒸発させて前記システムから除去することと、を行うように構成された、真空源と、を備え、前記真空源が前記吸着剤及び試料バイアルを通して前記真空を引いている間、前記吸着剤が、前記1種以上の標的化合物を留め置くように構成されている、システム。 - 前記吸着剤及び前記試料バイアルを通して前記真空を引くこと、前記吸着剤を使用して前記1種以上の標的化合物を留め置くこと、並びに前記試料の前記1種以上の他の化合物を蒸発させて前記システムから除去することが、動的真空抽出過程中に生じる、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記試料の前記1種以上の他の化合物が、前記システムから完全に除去される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記試料バイアルを加熱するように構成されたヒータを更に備え、前記システムが、前記試料の前記1種以上の他の化合物を蒸発させて前記システムから除去した後に、前記ヒータによって、前記試料バイアルを摂氏50~350度の範囲の温度まで加熱すること、又は前記真空源を使用して、前記試料バイアル内の前記真空を高めること、のうちの1つ以上を行うように構成されている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 動的真空過程において、前記試料の前記1種以上の他の化合物を蒸発させて前記システムから除去している間に収集されなかった1種以上の第2の標的化合物が、前記試料バイアル内の前記真空を高めること、又は前記試料バイアルを前記摂氏50~350度の範囲の前記温度まで加熱すること、のうちの1つ以上を行っている間に収集される、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸着剤及び前記試料バイアルを通して前記真空を引くこと、前記吸着剤を使用して前記1種以上の標的化合物を留め置くこと、並びに前記試料の前記1種以上の他の化合物を蒸発させて前記システムから除去することは、前記試料バイアルが摂氏40度以下の温度である間に生じる、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記真空源が、複数の吸着剤を通して前記真空を同時に引くように構成され、各吸着剤が、複数の試料バイアルのうちの1つに含まれる、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸着剤と前記試料抽出装置の下部開口との間に配置された下部輸送部を更に備え、前記下部輸送部が、前記試料バイアルと前記吸着剤との間の熱分離を提供するように構成されている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記下部輸送部が、拡散真空抽出過程中に、前記1種以上の他の化合物が蒸発して前記システムから除去された後に、前記試料の1種以上の第2の標的化合物を収集するように更に構成されている、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記試料バイアル内の圧力を検知するように構成された真空センサを更に備え、前記試料バイアル内の前記圧力が所定の閾値よりも低いと判定することに基づいて、前記試料の前記1種以上の他の化合物が前記システムから完全に除去されたと判定される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
