Claims (7)
- 車輪の回転運動により生成された運動エネルギーを回収して電流に変換する、電気自動車およびハイブリッド自動車のバッテリーを充電するためのシステムであって、
タイヤを支持するように構成されたタイヤ支持リム(1A)と、
前記タイヤ支持リム(1A)の内面に組み込まれたローター、および前記タイヤ支持リム(1A)に対して回転可能に固定され、車輪支持ハブに機械的に連結されたブレーキ要素(3D,4D)と前記タイヤ支持リム(1A)との間の容積において前記車輪支持ハブの固定部に固定されるように構成されたステーター(2A,4C)を有する発電機と、
前記発電機に電気的に接続され、前記発電機によって生成された電流を供給可能な蓄電手段と、
前記蓄電手段に電気的に接続され、前記発電機によって生成された電流を用いて供給可能な電子制御装置と
を備え、
前記電子制御装置は、前記発電機から前記蓄電手段への電流の流れを排他的に通過させるように構成されている、システム。 - 前記電子制御装置は、前記発電機から前記蓄電手段への電流の流れの電圧および強さを調整するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記タイヤ支持リム(1A)の前記内面にポリウレタン樹脂を用いて固定されている永久磁石(1B,4B)を備える、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 円筒形状の前記ステーター(2A,4C)は、固形の最終状態を有するポリウレタン樹脂からなり、エナメル銅線(2C)を含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記タイヤ支持リムを回転可能に支持する前記車輪支持ハブと、
前記車輪支持ハブに機械的に接続され、前記タイヤ支持リム(1A)にブレーキトルクを付加するように構成された前記ブレーキ要素(3D,4D)と
を更に備える、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 電気自動車およびハイブリッド自動車のバッテリーを充電する方法であって、
以下のステップ:
a)請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のシステムを準備し、
b)ステップa)に係る前記システムが取り付けられた少なくとも1つの車輪を有する車両を準備し、
c)前記車両の走行中に前記電子制御装置を用いて前記発電機で生成された電流を前記ステーターから前記バッテリーに伝達する
ことを含む、方法。 - ステップc)は、前記電子制御装置を用いて前記発電機から前記蓄電手段に流れる電流の電圧および強さを調整することで実行される、請求項6に記載の方法。
