Claims (25)
- 炭酸化ヘッドと、ホルダーと、駆動機構と、を備え、
前記ホルダーは、ガス缶を保持するように構成され、ソケット付きのコネクターと保持機構とを備え、
前記コネクターは、前記缶のバルブが前記ソケットに直線的に挿入可能に構成され、
前記ソケットは、前記バルブの一つ以上の横向きのポートと前記ホルダーの導管との間の流体の流れを可能にすると共に前記流体の流れからのガスの漏れを防止する、少なくとも一つの横向きの開口付きのシールを含み、
前記保持機構は、前記バルブが前記ソケットへ挿入された後に、前記缶からの横向きの突起を保持して、前記バルブが前記ソケット内に留まるように構成され、
前記駆動機構は、前記バルブを、前記ソケットに挿入された際に作動させて前記缶から前記ガスを解放させ、前記ガスを、前記導管を通して前記炭酸化ヘッドに流入させるように構成されている、炭酸化装置。 - 前記シールは、二つのガスケットを含み、前記横向きの開口は、前記2つのガスケット間に空隙を含む、請求項1の炭酸化装置。
- 前記二つのガスケットのそれぞれは、平らな面を有するOリング形状に形成されている、請求項2の炭酸化装置。
- 前記二つのガスケットのそれぞれは、前記二つのガスケットの開口が互いに対向するように向けられたU字状の断面を有する、請求項2の炭酸化装置。
- 前記シールは、一つ以上の開口孔を有する一つのガスケットを含む、請求項1の炭酸化装置。
- 前記ガスケットは、U字型の断面形状を有する、請求項5の炭酸化装置。
- 前記U字型ガスケットの開口は内側に向き、前記開口孔は、前記ガスケットの外向きの凸状の面に形成されている、請求項6の炭酸化装置。
- 前記U字型ガスケットの開口は外側に向き、前記開口孔は、前記ガスケットの内向きの凸状の面に形成されている、請求項6の炭酸化装置。
- 前記保持機構は、複数の歯を有し、
前記複数の歯は、外方向にスライドして前記横向き突起の挿入を可能とし、内方向にスライドして前記歯を通過した前記横向き突起の取り外しを防止し、
前記ソケットからの前記バルブの取り外しを可能とする解除機構は、前記歯を外方向に引き込ませ、前記横向き突起の通過を可能とするように構成される、請求項1の炭酸化装置。 - 前記保持機構は、非円形の開口付きのヨークを備え、前記横向きの突起は、非円形の横向きの突起を備え、
前記非円形の開口付きのヨークは、前記非円形の横向き突起が前記開口と整列した場合に、前記横向き突起の通過を可能とし、前記缶が、前記非円形の横向きの突起が前記開口と整列しないように回転された場合に、前記非円形の横向きの突起の通過を防止するように構成される、請求項1の炭酸化装置。 - 前記横向きの突起を支持するように構成されたヨーク、及び、前記横向きの突起を前記ヨーク上に配置可能に持ち上げ可能なハンドル、を更に備え、前記ハンドルは持ち上げ機構によって前記ヨークに接続され、前記ハンドルが下げられた場合に、前記ヨークが前記バルブを持ち上げて前記バルブを前記ソケットに挿入させる、請求項1の炭酸化装置。
- 前記ハンドルは、前記ハンドルが下げられた際に、前記缶の少なくとも一部を覆うように構成されたカバーを備える、請求項11の炭酸化装置。
- 前記炭酸化装置のベースは、前記缶を配置するための開口を備え、
前記開口の床の少なくとも一部は不均一であり、前記缶が前記開口に配置された際に、前記缶を、前記ソケットと実質的に整列する向きに傾斜させる、請求項1の炭酸化装置。 - クレードルを更に備え、前記クレードルは外向きに傾斜可能で、前記缶が前記クレードルへ挿入されることを可能とし、前記クレードルは、内向きに回転された際に、前記バルブを前記ソケットに挿入するように構成される、請求項1の炭酸化装置。
- 前記缶を直立して支持し、回転された際に、前記缶を持ち上げて前記バルブを前記ソケットに挿入するように構成された台を更に備える、請求項1の炭酸化装置。
- 炭酸化装置に接続する缶であって、前記缶は、前記装置が液体を炭酸化させることを可能にするための加圧又は液化ガスを保持するように構成され、閉じられた際に前記缶に前記ガスを保持させ、開かれた際に前記缶と前記炭酸化装置又は前記ガスの供給源との間の流体接続を与えるように構成されたバルブを備え、
前記バルブは、本体と、ポペットと、弾性復元構造と、プランジャーと、ガスケットと、を備え、
前記本体は、缶ポート及び少なくとも二つの外部ポートを含み、前記缶ポートは、一端に設けられ、前記本体の縦軸に沿って向けられて前記缶へ挿入されるように構成され、前記少なくとも二つの外部ポートは、前記縦軸に対して横方向に開口し、前記縦軸を中心として実質的に等間隔離れて配置され、
前記ポペットは、前記縦軸に沿ってスライド可能であり、開位置の場合には、前記外部ポートと前記缶ポートとの間の流体の連通を可能として、前記少なくとも二つの外部ポートを通した前記缶への流入、又は、前記少なくとも二つの外部ポートを通した前記缶からの流出を可能とし、前記開位置よりも前記缶ポートに対して遠位の閉位置の場合には、前記外部ポートと前記缶ポートとの間の流体の連通を防止し、
前記弾性復元構造は、前記ポペットに復元力を加え、前記ポペットを前記閉位置に維持し、
前記プランジャーは、前記本体の外部に露出した外面を有し、前記復元力に打ち勝つ内向きの押し込み力が前記プランジャーに加えられた場合に、前記ポペットを、前記閉位置から前記開位置へスライドさせるように構成され、
前記ガスケットは、前記プランジャーの前記外面を、前記外部ポートと前記缶ポートとの間の流体の流路から、流体的に隔離するように構成される、缶。 - 前記ガスケットの断面はU字状であり、前記ガスケットの開口は、前記缶に向けられている、請求項16の缶。
- 前記外部ポートは、前記縦軸に実質的に直交するように向けられている、請求項16の缶。
- ガス缶を開閉するバルブであって、
本体と、ポペットと、弾性復元構造と、プランジャーと、ガスケットと、を備え、
前記本体は、缶ポート及び少なくとも二つの外部ポートを含み、前記缶ポートは、一端に設けられ、前記本体の縦軸に沿って向けられて前記缶へ挿入されるように構成され、前記少なくとも二つの外部ポートは、前記縦軸に対して横方向に開口し、前記縦軸を中心として実質的に等間隔離れて配置され、
前記ポペットは、前記縦軸に沿ってスライド可能であり、開位置の場合には、前記外部ポートと前記缶ポートとの間の流体の連通を可能として、前記少なくとも二つの外部ポートを通した前記缶への流入、又は、前記少なくとも二つの外部ポートを通した前記缶からの流出を可能とし、前記開位置よりも前記缶ポートに対して遠位の閉位置の場合には、前記外部ポートと前記缶ポートとの間の流体の連通を防止し、
前記弾性復元構造は、前記ポペットに復元力を加え、前記ポペットを前記閉位置に維持し、
前記プランジャーは、前記本体の外部に露出した外面を有し、前記復元力に打ち勝つ内向きの押し込み力が前記プランジャーに加えられた場合に、前記ポペットを、前記閉位置から前記開位置へスライドさせるように構成され、
前記ガスケットは、前記プランジャーの前記外面を、前記外部ポートと前記缶ポートとの間の流体の流路から、流体的に隔離するように構成される、バルブ。 - 前記ガスケットの断面はU字状であり、前記ガスケットの開口は前記缶に向けられている、請求項19の缶。
- 開口と、少なくとも一つのチャンネルと、を備え、
前記開口は、液体を炭酸化する加圧又は液化ガスを保持するように構成されたガス缶のバルブの挿入を可能とするように形成され、
前記バルブは、缶ポートと、少なくとも一つの外部ポートと、ガスケットとを含み、
前記缶ポートは、一端に設けられ、前記バルブの本体の縦軸に沿って向けられて前記缶に挿入されるように構成され、
前記少なくとも一つの外部ポートは横向きに開口し、
前記ガスケットは、前記バルブのプランジャーの外面を流体的に隔離するように構成され、
前記プランジャーは、復元力に打ち勝つ内向きの押し込み力が該プランジャーに加わった場合に、前記少なくとも一つの外部ポートと前記缶ポートとの間の流体的な連通を可能にするように構成され、
前記少なくとも一つのチャンネルは、加圧ガスを、缶充填システムの縦向きの充填ポートから、前記開口に挿入されたバルブの前記少なくとも一つの外部ポートと流体的に連通する一つ以上の横チャンネルに導くように構成されている、アダプター。 - 前記バルブは、前記充填システムの充填ヘッドへの前記アダプターの取り付けを可能とする構造を含む、請求項21のアダプター。
- 前記少なくとも一つのチャンネルは、前記アダプターが前記充填ヘッドに取り付けられた場合に、前記充填ポートと流体的に連通するように構成された少なくとも一つの横向きのチャンネルを含む、請求項22のアダプター。
- 前記アダプターは、前記バルブへの前記アダプターの取り付けを可能とする構造を含み、前記アダプターの遠位端は、前記充填システムの充填ヘッドに接続されるように構成される、請求項21のアダプター。
- 前記少なくとも一つのチャンネルは、前記遠位端が前記充填ヘッドに接続された場合に、前記充填ポートと流体的に連通するように構成された、前記遠位端に設けられた縦向きのチャンネルを備える、請求項24のアダプター。
