Abstract

Un recipiente para alimentos o bebidas que tiene una unidad de intercambio de calor asegurada en su interior para estar en contacto con el alimento o la bebida, la unidad de intercambio de calor se llena con dioxido de carbono liquido y tiene una valvula que cuando se activa permite que el dioxido de carbono liquido pase del estado liquido directamente al estado gaseoso a traves de un orificio restringido que funciona para mantener el dioxido de carbono residual que esta dentro de la unidad de intercambio de calo en el estado liquido hasta que la totalidad del dioxido de carbono liquido escape desde la unidad de intercambio de calor.
