Claims (8)
- 内部空間が形成される本体と、
前記本体の内部に備えられる磁性体と、
前記磁性体の少なくとも一部が挿入されるように中空が形成され、外周にコイルが巻取され、前記コイルに印加される電流により上下移動するボビンと、
一部が前記ボビンの上面に結合し、他部が前記本体の上面に結合する弾性プレートと、
前記弾性プレートに固定され、内部に長手方向の流動ホールが形成され、前記流動ホールが前記弾性プレート、前記ボビン及び前記磁性体を貫通する、振動部と、を含むことを特徴とする振動モジュール。 - 前記振動部は、
前記弾性プレート、前記ボビン及び前記磁性体を貫通する連結シャフトと、
前記連結シャフトの上側に形成される振動ヘッドと、
前記振動ヘッドを前記弾性プレートに固定させる固定プレートと、を含み、
前記流動ホールは、前記連結シャフト及び前記振動ヘッドを貫通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振動モジュール。 - 前記弾性プレート及び前記本体の上面には弾性体が介在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振動モジュール。
- 前記弾性体は、C型又はS型板バネをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の振動モジュール。
- 前記弾性体は、前記C型又はS型板バネを一体又は分離して含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の振動モジュール。
- 前記弾性体と前記本体の間にはオーリング(O-ring)が介在することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の振動モジュール。
- 前記磁性体の内部には、
前記連結シャフトが前記磁性体を貫通して位置するように中空のシャフトガイドが備えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の振動モジュール。 - 前記連結シャフトの下側に形成される振動ヘッドをさらに含めて前記連結シャフトの上側及び下側の振動が可能であり、前記下側に形成される振動ヘッドを前記弾性プレートに固定させる固定プレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の振動モジュール。
