前記制御ゾーンは、
前記屋内農業モジュールのドロップシーリングと構造型シーリングとの間に空気を導くように一体化された送風ユニットと、
前記ドロップシーリングと前記構造型シーリングとの間に位置するプレナム空間に吹き込まれる冷たく乾燥した空気を生成することによって、前記生育ゾーン内の空気を調節するように構成された空調ユニットとを備える、
前記屋内農業モジュール。 - 前記屋内農業モジュールの前記制御ゾーン内に位置する少なくとも1つの除湿器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の屋内農業モジュール。
- 前記生育ゾーン内の前記シャーシは、前記複数のカートを乗せた1つまたは複数の段を備える、請求項1に記載の屋内農業モジュール。
- 前記制御ゾーンは、前記屋内農業モジュール内で環境パラメータを制御するように構成された制御パネルをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の屋内農業モジュール。
- 水平気流は、前記生育ゾーン内で前記複数のカートを乗せた前記1つまたは複数の段の間に維持される、請求項1に記載の屋内農業モジュール。
- 前記シャーシは複数の車輪をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の屋内農業モジュール。
- 前記シャーシは前記コンテナコンパートメントに取り外し可能に連結される、請求項1に記載の屋内農業モジュール。
- 前記複数の段は、前記コンテナコンパートメントの第1の側壁から第2の側壁まで延出する、請求項3に記載の屋内農業モジュール。
- 前記プレナム空間の高さは、前記生育ゾーン内で隣接する植物を水平方向に通過する気流を制御するように調節される、請求項1に記載の屋内農業モジュール。
- 前記水平気流は、実質的に層流である、請求項5に記載の屋内農業モジュール。
- 前記ドロップシーリングは、複数のパネルを備え、前記複数のパネルのそれぞれは、繊維ガラス強化プラスチック(FRP)基板を備える、請求項1に記載の屋内農業モジュール。
- 前記生育ゾーン内の前記植物に隣接する前記水平気流の速度は、約195フィート毎分より大きく、約295フィート毎分よりも小さい、請求項5に記載の屋内農業モジュール。
- 前記送風ユニットと前記空気除湿ユニットは、前記屋内農業モジュール内に分散された複数の湿度センサによって収集された湿度データに基づき、前記複数の植物の所定の生育条件を提供するように制御される、請求項1に記載の屋内農業モジュール。
- 前記プレナム空間内の気流は、前記コンテナコンパートメントの前記ドロップシーリングと構造型側壁との間に位置するディヒューザスロットを通って下方に移動し、さらに、前記複数の植物への空気循環を提供するために、前記シャーシの前記段の間の空間に入る、請求項1に記載の屋内農業モジュール。
- 前記側部ディヒューザスロットの幅は、約1.5インチより大きく、約4インチより小さい、請求項14に記載の屋内農業モジュール。
- 屋内農業システムであって、
生育ゾーンと制御ゾーンとを備えるコンテナコンパートメント内に位置する屋内農業モジュールと、
前記屋内農業モジュールを自動的に積み込み、積み下ろすように構成されたトレイ処理モジュールであって、
光子源の照明システムを制御するように構成された照明管理モジュールであって、前記光子源は、光スペクトルを前記生育ゾーン内に位置する複数の植物に提供するために、前記生育ゾーン内に配置される、前記照明管理モジュールと、
前記屋内農業モジュールの前記生育ゾーン内で前記複数の植物の湿度、二酸化炭素(CO2)レベル、気流、及び温度を制御するように構成された空気循環モジュールと、
前記複数の植物の生育を支援する灌液の栄養素レベル、酸素レベル、pHレベル、及び粒子レベルを制御するように構成された液体循環モジュールと、
を備える、前記トレイ処理モジュールと、
を備える、前記屋内農業システム。 - 前記トレイ処理モジュールは、
移送中に前記複数の植物を有するトレイを乗せたカートを着脱可能に連結するように構成された、フォーク型アタッチメントを備える多関節ロボットと、
前記生育ゾーンでの前記カートの取り外しまたは搭載を容易にするように、前記トレイ処理システムを制御するように構成されたロボットコントローラと、をさらに備える、
請求項16に記載の屋内農業システム。 - 前記ロボットコントローラは、動作計画ユニットを備え、前記動作計画ユニットは、前記複数の植物を有する前記トレイを収容する前記カートの前記移送中に、前記多関節ロボットの軌跡を決定する、請求項17に記載の屋内農業システム。
- 前記ロボットコントローラは、前記複数の植物の生育条件と生育段階に基づき、前記トレイ処理システムを制御するようにさらに構成された、請求項17に記載の屋内農業システム。
- 前記ロボットコントローラは、前記屋内農業モジュール内のコントローラとリモート制御ステーションのうち少なくとも1つから、命令を受信するようにさらに構成された、請求項17に記載の屋内農業システム。
- 前記トレイ処理モジュールは、前記屋内農業モジュールの第1端を介して前記カートを自動的に積み込み、積み降ろすようにさらに構成された、請求項16に記載の屋内農業システム。
- 前記トレイ処理モジュールは、前記複数の植物の生育を監視するように構成された視覚モジュールをさらに備える、請求項16に記載の屋内農業システム。
