Abstract
Description
バルブ及び/又は突起部は、少なくとも1つの半径方向の部分又は少なくとも1つの第二の導管と略一直線である、軸に沿った少なくとも1つの環状のチャンバーを備える。

基部は、突起部の上流のショルダーと、ショルダーに対してバルブを締めつけるように適合された第一のねじ切りされたリングを受け入れるように適合された、突起部の下流のねじ切りされた部分とをさらに備える。

Claims (7)
- タンクのヘッド(1)であって、前記タンクが、複合材料から製造される構造体(2)を備え、かつ軸(A)の周りで略円形の開口部(3)を備える種類の、加圧されたガス、例えば水素のためのタンクであり、前記ヘッド(1)が、前記開口部(3)に配置された、前記軸(A)に対して略円形の基部(4)と、前記基部(4)に組み付けられたバルブ(5)とを備え、前記基部(4)が、前記タンクの外部の前記軸(A)に沿った略円柱状の突起部(6)、前記タンクの内部と開口接続されていない前記軸(A)に沿った軸方向の部分(7、7a、7b)と、前記軸方向の部分(7、7a、7b)と合流するまで前記突起部(6)中に半径方向に貫通された少なくとも1つの半径方向の部分(8、8a、8b)とを備える少なくとも1つの第一の導管を備えること、並びに前記バルブ(5)が、前記突起部(6)にかみ合わせることを可能とするために前記突起部(6)に対応する第一の穴(16)と、少なくとも1つの第二の導管(9)とを備える略環状の形状を有し、前記少なくとも1つの第二の導管(9)の1つの端部が、前記少なくとも1つの半径方向の部分(8、8a、8b)と軸方向に整列して前記第一の穴(16)に開口していることを特徴とする、ヘッド(1)。
- 前記バルブ(5)及び/又は前記突起部(6)が、前記少なくとも1つの半径方向の部分(8、8a、8b)又は前記少なくとも1つの第二の導管(9)と略一直線である、前記軸(A)に沿った少なくとも1つの環状のチャンバー(13)を備える、請求項1に記載のヘッド(1)。
- 前記バルブ(5)及び/又は前記突起部(6)が、シール(15)を受け入れることができる、前記少なくとも1つの半径方向の部分(8、8a、8b)又は前記少なくとも1つの第二の導管(9)のいずれかの側に軸方向にそれぞれ配置された、前記軸(A)に沿った2つの環状の溝(14)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載のヘッド(1)。
- 前記基部(4)が、前記突起部(6)の上流のショルダー(10)と、前記ショルダー(10)に対して前記バルブ(5)を締めつけるように適合された第一のねじ切りされたリング(12)を受け入れるように適合された、前記突起部(6)の下流のねじ切りされた部分(11)とをさらに備える、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のヘッド(1)。
- 前記バルブ(5)が、その外側表面(17)に、接続具(19)を受け入れるために適した、前記少なくとも1つの第二の導管(9)のうち1つに接続された少なくとも1つのオリフィス(18)をさらに備える、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のヘッド(1)。
