Claims (12)
- 下部ケースおよび上部ケースと、
前記下部ケースと前記上部ケースとの間に形成されて前記下部ケースと前記上部ケースとの間を密封する環状のガスケットとを含み、
前記ガスケットは、互いに結合された第1シーリング部および第2シーリング部を含み、
前記第2シーリング部の溶融点が前記第1シーリング部の溶融点より低い電池パック。 - 前記第2シーリング部の両端には突出部が形成され、前記第1シーリング部の両端は溝部が形成され、前記突出部は、前記溝部に嵌合される、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2シーリング部の前記突出部の幅は、前記第1シーリング部の前記溝部の幅よりも広い、請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2シーリング部の中央にはブッシュが形成され、前記ブッシュに締結部材が挿入されて前記第2シーリング部の位置を固定させる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2シーリング部の溶融により、前記ブッシュの両側にガス排出チャネルが形成され、前記ガス排出チャネルを通して前記電池パックの内部のガスが外部に排出される、請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記締結部材は、ボルトおよびナットで形成される、請求項4又は5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記上部ケースおよび前記下部ケースには締結部が形成され、前記締結部材は、前記ブッシュおよび前記締結部を結合させる、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1シーリング部は、EPDM系のゴムで形成され、前記第2シーリング部は、NR系のゴムで形成される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2シーリング部は、複数形成される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ガスケットは四角形状に形成され、複数の前記第2シーリング部は、前記ガスケットの一角部分に配置される、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ガスケットは四角形状に形成され、複数の前記第2シーリング部は、前記ガスケットの一角部分と、前記一角部分と連結される他の角部分に配置される、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックを含むデバイスにおいて、
前記第2シーリング部は、前記ガスケットのうち外部と面する部分に形成されるデバイス。
