Abstract
Description
前述の問題点を解決するための本出願のpH感応型指示ラベルの前記第2フィルムは、白色フィルムまたは有色フィルムからもなる。
前述の問題点を解決するための本出願のpH感応型指示ラベルの前記第2フィルムは、透明フィルムからもなる。
前述の問題点を解決するための本出願のpH感応型指示ラベルの前記pH感応型変色インク組成物層は、複数層の層によってもなる。
前述の問題点を解決するための本出願のpH感応型指示ラベルの前記第2フィルムは、前記パウチの一面と一体にも形成される。
前述の問題点を解決するための本出願のpH感応型指示包装材のpH変色インク組成物層を含む一部の容器内側は、貫通孔が形成されうる。
以下、添付された図面を基に、出願の実施例について詳細に説明する。
以下においては、本出願の具体的な実施例について説明する。
前記変色インク組成物は、キムチの熟成度によって生じる二酸化炭素を吸着させて変色され、それを介し、キムチの状態を把握することができることになる。
本出願の実施例によるpH感応型変色インク組成物を使用するpH感応型指示包装材300は、ラベル200、容器310、貫通孔311を含む。
前記貫通孔311による効果について説明するために、下記表5のような組成で変色インク組成物を製造した
前記ラベルを作製した後、前記ラベルを介し、キムチ保存テストを進めた。
前記有色インク組成物層の効果を比較するために、比較例としては、前記有色インク組成物層を形成する部分のみを除き、同一にラベルを作製した。
また、一実施例によれば、前記変色インク組成物層100を含む一部の容器内側には、貫通孔が形成されうる。
前述の本出願の実施例による変色インク組成物、それを使用するラベル、及び該包装材は、次のような効果がある。
Claims (16)
- 反応によって色が変化するインク組成物を使用するラベルにおいて、
pH感応型変色インク組成物を含むpH感応型変色インク組成物層と、
前記pH感応型変色インク組成物層が形成される第1フィルムと、
前記第1フィルムに形成された前記pH感応型変色インク組成物を覆うことができるように、前記第1フィルムに合紙される第2フィルムと、を含み、
前記pH感応型変色インク組成物層の前記pH感応型変色インク組成物は、
pH区間によって色が変わるpH変色染料を複数個混合して製造されたpH感応型指示剤と、前記pH感応型指示剤を溶解させることができる溶解インクと、を含む、pH感応型指示ラベル。 - 前記第1フィルムは、気体の流入を遮断する遮断性フィルムからなり、前記第2フィルムは、気体を通過させる多孔性フィルムまたは通気性フィルムからなる、請求項1に記載のpH感応型指示ラベル。
- 前記第2フィルムは、白色フィルムまたは有色フィルムによってなる、請求項1に記載のpH感応型指示ラベル。
- 前記有色フィルムの色は、
前記pH感応型変色インク組成物が示す色の補色、前記pH感応型変色インク組成物が示す初期色、または前記pH感応型変色インク組成物が示す完了色である、請求項3に記載のpH感応型指示ラベル。 - 前記pH感応型変色インク組成物が形成された前記第1フィルムには、非変色インク組成物層が形成され、
前記非変色インク組成物層は、白色インク組成物層と有色インク組成物層とのうち少なくともいずれか1層以上を含む、請求項1に記載のpH感応型指示ラベル。 - 前記第1フィルムに形成された変色インク組成物層を含んだ指示層は、前記pH感応型変色インク組成物と前記非変色インク組成物とを含み、
前記第1フィルムの指示層は、前記第1フィルムの一面に、少なくとも1つの前記pH感応型変色インク組成物と、少なくとも1つの前記非変色インク組成物とが交互に形成される、請求項1に記載のpH感応型指示ラベル。 - 前記有色インク組成物の色は、
前記pH感応型変色インク組成物が示す色の補色、前記pH感応型変色インク組成物が示す初期色、または前記pH感応型変色インク組成物が示す完了色である、請求項5または6に記載のpH感応型指示ラベル。 - 前記第2フィルムは、透明フィルムによってなる、請求項1に記載のpH感応型指示ラベル。
- 前記pH感応型変色インク組成物層は、
複数層の層によってなる、請求項1に記載のpH感応型指示ラベル。 - 前記pH感応型変色インク組成物層が形成された前記第1フィルムと前記第2フィルムとが挿入されるパウチをさらに含み、
前記パウチの一面は、多孔性または通気性のフィルムによってなる、請求項1に記載のpH感応型指示ラベル。 - 前記第2フィルムは、前記パウチの一面と一体にも形成される、請求項10に記載のpH感応型指示ラベル。
- 前記pH感応型変色インク組成物層の前記pH感応型変色インク組成物は、
気体を吸着させることができる吸着化合物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のpH感応型指示ラベル。 - 前記pH感応型変色インク組成物を使用するpH感応型指示ラベルは、内部に製品が挿入され、前記製品と接触されない区域に貫通孔が形成された容器に付着されるが、
前記pH感応型変色インク組成物を使用するpH感応型指示ラベルは、前記容器の前記貫通孔を覆うように、前記容器に付着される、請求項1に記載のpH感応型指示ラベル。 - 反応によって色が変化するインク組成物を使用する包装材において、
内部に製品が挿入される容器と、
前記製品と接触されない区域において、前記容器を貫通する貫通孔と、
前記貫通孔に付着されるラベルと、を含み、
前記ラベルは、
pH感応型変色インク組成物を含むpH感応型変色インク組成物層と、
前記pH感応型変色インク組成物層が形成される第1フィルムと、
前記第1フィルムに形成された前記pH感応型変色インク組成物を覆うことができるように、前記第1フィルムに合紙される第2フィルムと、を含み、
前記pH感応型変色インク組成物層の前記pH感応型変色インク組成物は、
