Abstract
Description
a) 混合タンクで溶媒を撹拌すること;
b) 混合タンクで乳化剤及び分散剤を混合すること;
c) b)の混合物にa)の溶媒を加え、撹拌すること;
d) 混合物(c)にpH調整剤及び不凍剤を加えること;
e) ケイ酸カリウムを加えること;
f) e)で得られた混合物に分散剤を加えること
g) 再循環させること;
h) 粉砕すること;
i) 第2の磨砕を行なうこと;
j) (i)から得られた混合物を分散剤と混合すること
を含む。
液体肥料組成物の調製方法:
液体ケイ酸塩系肥料組成物の調製のために、溶媒を反応タンクに加える。すぐに、タンク内で750~950rpmの速度で撹拌を開始し、予め混合した乳化剤と分散剤を加える。予め形成した混合物を、溶液が乳化するまで10分間撹拌する。pH調整剤及び不凍剤を乳濁液に加え、pH調整剤が完全に混合物に溶解し、均一な溶液が得られるまで15~30分間絶えず撹拌する。また、少量のケイ酸カリウムを加え、一定の撹拌を5~30分間維持する。続いて、形成した混合物を、再循環プロセスによって粉砕装置に移し、乳化剤を任意選択で使用してもよく、その場合、コロイドミルによって粉砕プロセスを開始し、約40~80μmの粒径が得られる。すぐに、粒径が10μmに減少するまで粒子をジルコニウムビーズミルに通す。分散剤を、形成した粒子と混合し、30分間撹拌する。懸濁液の最終体積をチェックし、必要に応じて水で調整する。最後に、100cm3試料を採取し、懸濁液の密度及びpHを測定する。
ケイ酸塩に基づく液体肥料組成物の調製:
ケイ酸塩に基づく液体肥料組成物の調製のために、120cm3の水を反応タンクに加える。すぐにタンクの撹拌を開始し、60cm3の大豆油、20gのEAM perlapon及び15gのatlox 4913を加える。この予め形成した混合物を、油が乳化するまで10分間撹拌する。乳濁液に、乳酸80g、プロピレングリコール90g及びクエン酸135gを加え、クエン酸が完全に混合物に溶解し、均一な溶液が得られるまで10~40分間絶えず撹拌する。また、少量のケイ酸カリウム(900g)を加え、撹拌を10~40分間一定に保持する。続いて、形成した混合物を、乳化剤を用いて再循環プロセスによって粉砕装置に移し、そこでコロイドミルによって粉砕プロセスを開始して、約30~100μmの粒子を得る。直後に、粒径が10μmに減少するまで粒子をジルコニウムビーズミルに通す。次に、予め水和したキサンタンガム1gを、形成させた粒子と混合し、30分間撹拌する。懸濁液の最終体積をチェックし、必要に応じて水で調整する。最後に、100cm3の試料を採取し、懸濁液の密度及びpHを測定する。
ケイ酸塩及びCu/Znに基づく液体肥料組成物の調製(SIKONFERT銅亜鉛):
ケイ酸塩及びCu/Znに基づく液体肥料組成物の調製のために、亜リン酸カリウム150Lを混合タンクに加える。撹拌を開始し、硫酸銅25.2kg、硫酸亜鉛27kg及びEDTA 15kgを加え、30分間撹拌する。続いて、実施例1~6で調製したケイ酸塩基剤135Lを加え、混合物の撹拌を30分間継続する。次いで、キサンタンガム0.75kg(ソルビン酸カリウム0.15kgで予め水和させたもの)を混合物に加え、1時間撹拌する。
ケイ酸塩及び亜リン酸塩に基づく液体肥料組成物の調製(SIKONFERT亜リン酸塩):
ケイ酸塩及び亜リン酸塩に基づく液体肥料組成物の調製のために、水195Lを混合タンクに加え、撹拌を開始し、消石灰27kgを加える。続いて、亜リン酸72.6kg及び炭酸カリウム9kgをゆっくり加え、溶液を撹拌し、粒子を24時間放置して沈殿させ、その後ろ過プロセスを実施する。前述のろ液に、硫酸亜鉛27kgを加え、絶えず撹拌し、EDTA 15kg、ホウ酸9kg、尿素21kg及び実施例1~6で調製したケイ酸塩基剤39Lを加え、混合物を30分間撹拌する。キサンタンガム1.2kg(ソルビン酸カリウム0.15kgで予め水和させたもの)を加え、混合物を30分間撹拌する。
ケイ酸塩及びフルボ酸に基づく液体肥料組成物の調製(MISILK 360):
ケイ酸塩及びフルボ酸に基づく液体肥料組成物の調製のために、絶えず撹拌しながら水5.39Lを混合タンクに加える。実施例1~6で予め調製したケイ酸塩基剤257.74L及びフルボ酸21.67kgを加える。続いて、キサンタンガム0.35kg(ソルビン酸カリウム0.56kgで予め水和させたもの)を溶液に加える。最後に、懸濁液の最終体積をチェックし、必要に応じて水で調整する。
ケイ酸塩及びアミノ酸に基づく液体肥料組成物の調製(NITROSIL K):
ケイ酸塩及びアミノ酸に基づく液体肥料組成物の調製のために、水5.44Lを混合タンクに加え、撹拌プロセスを開始する。次いで、実施例1~6で予め調製したケイ酸塩基剤267.37L及び80%遊離アミノ酸16.69kgを加える。続いて、キサンタンガム0.3kg(ソルビン酸カリウム0.6kgで予め水和させたもの)を溶液に加え、混合物を1時間撹拌する。
トウモロコシにおけるコドリン蛾、ツマジロクサヨトウの防除のためのケイ酸塩に基づく液体肥料組成物の使用の効果。
評価は、海抜300メートルの緯度にあるPuerto Gaitan、Metaの自治体において、トウモロコシ品種BM709が200ヘクタールで実施した。完全無作為化設計を、silicon F 1.0l/ha及び散布なしの商品パターン(commercial pattern)の2つの処理で使用し、5回の反復実験を行なった。評価は、10個の植物で実施し、1回の処理につき15日の頻度で4回の散布を行ない、使用した水の量は1回の散布当たり175l/Haであった。無作為サンプリングを、2つの評価を行なう1処理毎に50個の植物で実施した。1回目では、図1に示すとおりの植物の各3分の1でのツマジロクサヨトウの発生率を評価し、ここで、1)は、下部3分の1、2)は中部3分の1、3)は上部3分の1である。
イネ作物Oriza Sativa L.の成長及び発達に対するSIKONFERT Cu/Zn散布の効果。
試験は2つのフェーズで実施し、1つ目では、製品の植物毒性を評価し、2つ目では、収量変数を異なる用量から評価する:
- 植物毒性試験
バラ品種Orange Crushにおけるべと病の攻撃に対する物理的機械抵抗の寄与におけるMISILK 360の効果の評価。
Missile Kの溶液を、40床のバラ、Orange Crush品種に、15cc/床の用量、隔週の頻度で16週間、完全生産で散布した。
Claims (11)
- a) 50%~90%(w/w)の濃度のケイ酸カリウム;
b) 13%~20%(w/w)の濃度のpH調整剤;
c) 1%~4%(w/w)の濃度の乳化剤;
d) 10%~13%(w/w)の水である溶媒
を含み、4.5~6のpH及び5~40μmの粒径を特徴とする、液体肥料組成物。 - a) 0.5%~4%(w/w)の濃度の分散剤;
b) 0.5%~2%(w/w)の濃度の不凍剤
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の肥料組成物。 - アミノ酸、フルボ酸、Cu/Zn、硫黄及び亜リン酸塩と更に混合されている、請求項1に記載の液体肥料組成物。
- pH調整剤が、乳酸、クエン酸、フミン酸、フルボ酸、アミノ酸、又はその混合物を含む群から選択されてもよい、請求項1に記載の液体肥料組成物。
- 乳化剤が、perlapon EAM及び大豆油、又はその混合物を含む群から選択されてもよい、請求項1に記載の液体肥料組成物。
- 分散剤が、atlox 4913及びキサンタンガム又はその混合物を含む群から選択されてもよい、請求項1に記載の液体肥料組成物。
- 不凍剤が、プロピレングリコール、又はその混合物を含む群から選択されてもよい、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- ケイ酸カリウム、クエン酸、乳酸、perlapon EAM、大豆油、atlox 4913、プロピレングリコール、キサンタンガム及び水を含む、請求項1に記載の液体肥料組成物。
- pHが、好ましくは5~5.5である、請求項1に記載の液体肥料組成物。
- 懸濁液の粒径が、好ましくは10~15μmである、請求項1に記載の液体肥料組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の液体肥料組成物を調製するための方法であって、以下の:
a) 溶媒を混合タンクに加える工程;
b) 追加の容器で乳化剤及び分散剤を混合する工程;
c) 段階a)からの混合タンクを作動させ、段階b)からの混合物を加える工程;
d) pH調整剤及び不凍剤を加え、15~20分間混合する工程;
e) ケイ酸カリウムをゆっくり加え、15分~25分間撹拌する工程;
f) 0.5%~4%の分散剤を加える工程;
g) 組成物の密度及びpHを測定する工程;
h) 第1の磨砕をコロイドミルで実施する工程;
i) 第2の磨砕をコロイドミル又はジルコニウムビーズミルで実施する工程
を含む、方法。
