Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つのセンサ(2)によって車両窓の内側の少なくとも水分および/または温度を検出するための車両用センサユニット(1)であって、前記センサユニット(1)は前記車両窓の内側と接触して実装されることが可能であり、前記センサユニット(2)はハウジング(3)を備え、前記センサユニットは、前記ハウジング(3)によって部分的に包囲され、前記ハウジング(3)は、前記車両窓の方向の少なくとも1つの開口部(12)であって前記センサユニット(1)が前記開口部(12)を通って前記車両窓に押しつけられることが可能な開口部(12)を備え、前記センサユニット(1)はプリント回路基板(4)を備え、前記プリント回路基板(4)は、前記センサユニット(1)が実装状態にあるときに前記車両窓の内側に押しつけられ、前記プリント回路基板(4)は、前記センサ(2)と前記車両窓との間に配置され、前記プリント回路基板(4)はリジッド-フレキシブルプリント回路基板(4)であり、前記リジッド-フレキシブルプリント回路基板(4)は少なくとも部分領域に屈曲部(13)を備え、前記リジッド-フレキシブルプリント回路基板(4)の前記屈曲部(13)は、前記リジッド-フレキシブルプリント回路基板(4)を前記車両窓に押しつける弾性復元力を生成するように設定され、前記リジッド-フレキシブルプリント回路基板(4)は、固定手段(7)を受容するための少なくとも1つの凹部(6)を備え、前記凹部(6)および前記固定手段(7)は、前記リジッド-フレキシブルプリント回路基板(4)を特定の形状に維持するように設計されていることを特徴とする、センサユニット(1)。
- 前記リジッド-フレキシブルプリント回路基板(4)は、実質的に長尺の形状を有し、前記凹部(6)は、前記リジッド-フレキシブルプリント回路基板(4)の長手方向と実質的に平行に延在する長尺の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサユニット(1)。
- 前記リジッド-フレキシブルプリント回路基板(4)は、およそ90度の少なくとも2つの屈曲部によって、合計180°、少なくとも1つの部分領域で曲げられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記リジッド-フレキシブルプリント回路基板(4)は、さらなる電気部品との電気的結合のための電気プラグ接続部(5)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のセンサユニット(1)。
- 前記センサユニット(1)の前記ハウジング(3)が前記固定手段(7)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のセンサユニット(1)。
- 前記リジッド-フレキシブル回路基板(4)が前記固定手段(7)を備えること特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のセンサユニット(1)。
- 前記固定手段(6)は、前記リジッド-フレキシブルプリント回路基板(4)自体の少なくとも一部から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のセンサユニット(1)。
- 前記固定手段(6)はフックとして設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のセンサユニット(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(2)は、湿度センサおよび/または温度センサであることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のセンサユニット(1)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のセンサユニット(1)を有する運転者支援システム。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のセンサユニット(1)を有する車両。
- 車両窓の濡れを検出するため、および/または車両の周囲光を検出するための光電子センサユニット(10)における、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のセンサユニット(1)の使用。
