Description

Claims (15)
- スペーサ(4;4´)又は熱可塑性中間層を介して、所定の距離で互いに結合している、少なくとも1つの第1及び第2のガラス又はプラスチックのペイン(3、6;6´)を有しているグレージングユニット(1;1´)であって、
前記第1及び第2のガラス又はプラスチックのペインのうちの少なくとも1つ(6´)が、前記グレージングユニットの内側で、透明電気伝導性コーティング(9)、及び、その端部領域における、前記伝導性コーティングの電気的な接続のためのバスバー(10)、を有しており、
前記バスバーが、少なくともその表面の大部分にわたって、不透明カバー(11)を備えている、
グレージングユニット。 - 前記バスバー(10)が、細長い形状を有しており、かつ、前記ガラス又はプラスチックのペイン(6´)の端部又は端部近傍に配置されており、かつ、前記端部に平行に延在しており、
前記不透明カバー(11)が、前記端部の全長にわたって延在している、
請求項1に記載のグレージングユニット。 - 前記バスバー(10)が、前記ガラス又はプラスチックのペイン(6´)の前記端部から距離を有して配置されており、
一方で、前記不透明カバー(11)が、前記ガラス又はプラスチックのペインの前記端部にまで延在している、
請求項1又は2に記載のグレージングユニット。 - 前記不透明カバー(11)が、接着テープ、又は、ペイント若しくはラッカー層を有している、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 前記第1及び第2のガラス又はプラスチックのペイン(3;6´)が、端部スペーサ装置(4´)によって、互いに結合しており、かつ距離を有して保持されており、この端部スペーサ装置が、スペーサ要素(4a´)、並びに、それぞれ、前記スペーサ要素と前記第1及び第2のガラス又はプラスチックのペインとの間の封止ストリップ材(4b´)、を有しており、かつ
前記バスバー(10)が、前記スペーサ装置の内部側に配置されている、
請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のグレージングユニット。 - 前記不透明カバー(11)が、ペインの部分のうち、前記封止ストリップ材のうちの1つと接触する部分を覆っており、
前記カバー(11)が、前記封止ストリップ材の材料と適合性のある材料でできている、
請求項5に記載のグレージングユニット。 - 電気的に制御可能な特性を有する建物グレージングユニット、又は加熱可能なガラス若しくはプラスチックのペインを有する建物グレージングユニットとして実施されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 電気的に制御可能な特性を有する、複合乗り物ペインとして実施されており、特には、電気的に制御可能な特性を有する、乗用車のルーフグレージング又はウィンドシールドとして実施されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 電気的に加熱可能な、複合乗り物ペインとして実施されており、特には、乗用車のルーフグレージング又はウィンドシールドとして実施されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 電気的に制御可能な光学的特性を有する、家電製品、家具、若しくは類似の物の装置グレージングユニットとして実施されており、又は、家電製品、家具、若しくは類似の物の加熱可能な装置グレージングユニットとして実施されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のグレージングユニット。
- エレクトロクロミック特性を有する、請求項7、8又は10に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 前記不透明カバー(11)が、電気的に非伝導性である、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 少なくとも下記を有する、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のグレージングユニット(1;1´)を製造する方法:
- 第1及び第2のガラス又はプラスチックのペイン(3、6;6´)を提供すること、ここで、前記第1及び第2のガラス又はプラスチックのペイン(3、6;6´)のうちの少なくとも1つが、1つの面に、透明電気伝導性コーティング(9)を有している、
- 前記透明電気伝導性コーティングの上に、その端部領域において、バスバー(10)を製造又は適用すること、
- 前記バスバー(10)に、供給ラインを取り付けること、
- 前記バスバーの表面の大部分に、電気的に非伝導性の不透明カバーを提供すること。 - 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のグレージングユニット(1;1´)を製造するための、請求項13に係る方法であって、
前記ガラス又はプラスチックのペイン(6´)に透明電気伝導性コーティング(9)を提供した後で、
前記伝導性コーティングの上に、前記バスバー(10)を製造又は適用し、
供給ライン(8)を、前記バスバーにはんだ付けし又は伝導的に結合させ、
その後で、前記バスバーに、前記不透明カバー(11)を提供し、同時に、前記はんだ付けの部分又は前記結合の部分を覆う、
方法。 - 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のグレージングユニット(1;1´)を製造するための、請求項13に係る方法であって、
前記ガラス又はプラスチックのペイン(6´)に透明電気伝導性コーティング(9)を提供した後で、
前記伝導性コーティングの上に、前記バスバー(10)を製造又は適用し、
その後で、はんだ付け部分又は結合部分として意図されている部分を覆わないままで、前記バスバーに、前記不透明カバー(11)を提供し、
そして、供給ラインを、前記バスバーに、前記はんだ付け部分又は前記結合部分において、はんだ付けし、又は伝導的に結合させる、
方法。
