Claims (24)
- 原料物質が流入される第1注入口を含む第1金型;
加熱部材を含む第2金型;
前記第1金型または前記第2金型と対向し、第1キャビティが形成された第1可動金型;および
前記第1金型または前記第2金型と対向し、第2キャビティが形成された第2可動金型を含み、
前記第1可動金型の位置および前記第2可動金型の位置を互いに入れ替えることができる、射出成形装置。 - 前記第1可動金型および前記第2可動金型は互いに一体化され、
前記第1可動金型の位置および前記第2可動金型の位置を変えることができる回転装置をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。 - 前記第1可動金型および前記第2可動金型は、前記第1キャビティの開放方向と前記第2キャビティの開放方向が互いに同じになるように一体化された、請求項2に記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記第1金型および前記第2金型が互いに一体化された、請求項3に記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記第1可動金型および前記第2可動金型は、前記第1キャビティの開放方向と前記第2キャビティの開放方向が互いに反対になるように一体化された、請求項2に記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記第1金型と前記第2金型は、前記第1可動金型および前記第2可動金型を挟んで互いに離隔されている、請求項5に記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記第1可動金型および前記第2可動金型は加熱部材を含む、請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記第1金型は加熱部材を含む、請求項7に記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記加熱部材は、誘導加熱、電気ヒーター、面状発熱体、蒸気加熱、および熱線形態のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記第2金型の表面に陽刻または陰刻の紋が形成されている、請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記第2金型は、追加原料物質が流入される第2注入口をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。
- 原料物質を第1金型と対向する第1可動金型の第1キャビティに注入し成形して1次成形物を製造する段階;
前記1次成形物が第2金型と対向するように、前記第1可動金型の位置を移動させる段階;
前記第2金型が加熱後に冷却されて前記1次成形物をアニーリングする段階;および
原料物質を前記第1金型と対向する第2可動金型の第2キャビティに注入し成形して2次成形物を製造する段階を含む、射出成形方法。 - 前記1次成形物をアニーリングする段階と前記2次成形物を製造する段階は同時に行われる、請求項12に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記第1可動金型の位置を移動させる段階は1回以上繰り返し行われる、請求項12に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記第2金型の加熱は、前記第2金型内部の加熱部材によって行われる、請求項12に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記加熱部材は、誘導加熱、電気ヒーター、面状発熱体、蒸気加熱、および熱線形態のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項15に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記2次成形物が前記第2金型と対向するように、前記第2可動金型の位置を移動させる段階;
前記第2金型が加熱後に冷却されて前記2次成形物をアニーリングする段階;および
原料物質を前記第1金型と対向する前記第1可動金型の第1キャビティに注入し成形して3次成形物を製造する段階をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の射出成形方法。 - 前記2次成形物をアニーリングする段階と前記3次成形物を製造する段階は同時に行われる、請求項17に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記第2金型、前記第1可動金型および前記第2可動金型のそれぞれは、内部に加熱部材を含み、
前記1次成形物をアニーリングする段階で、前記第1可動金型が前記第2金型と共に加熱後冷却され、
前記2次成形物をアニーリングする段階で、前記第2可動金型が前記第2金型と共に加熱後冷却される、請求項17に記載の射出成形方法。 - 前記第2金型の表面に陽刻または陰刻の紋が形成されており、
前記1次成形物をアニーリングする段階は、前記1次成形物に前記陽刻または陰刻の紋に対応する形状を形成する段階を含む、請求項12に記載の射出成形方法。 - 前記第1可動金型および前記第2可動金型は互いに一体化され、
一体化された前記第1可動金型および前記第2可動金型が回転して互いの位置を変更する、請求項12に記載の射出成形方法。 - 前記第1可動金型および前記第2可動金型は、前記第1キャビティの開放方向と前記第2キャビティの開放方向が互いに同じになるように一体化された、請求項21に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記第1可動金型および前記第2可動金型は、前記第1キャビティの開放方向と前記第2キャビティの開放方向が互いに反対になるように一体化された、請求項21に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記1次成形物をアニーリングする段階は、追加原料物質を前記1次成形物に注入する段階を含む、請求項12に記載の射出成形方法。
