Claims (14)
- 潤滑剤をシステムへと吐出するポンプであって、
ハウジングと、
ソースから前記ハウジングへと潤滑剤を注入するための吸込口と、
前記ハウジングから前記システムへと前記潤滑剤を供給するための吐出口と、
前記吐出口からの前記ポンプの吐出量を調節するべく、前記ハウジング内において枢動ピンを中心に吐出量増加方向および吐出量減少方向に枢動可能な制御スライドと、
前記制御スライドを前記吐出量増加方向に付勢する弾性部材と、
少なくとも1つのベーンを有し、前記制御スライド内で回転して前記潤滑剤を加圧するように前記ハウジング内に取り付けられたロータと、
前記ハウジングと前記制御スライドとの間に設けられ、前記制御スライドを前記吐出量減少方向に移動させるべく加圧潤滑剤を受け取る、少なくとも1つの制御チャンバと、
前記ピボットピンに取り付けられ、前記加圧潤滑剤を前記制御スライドから前記吐出口に導く流出経路に沿って配置されている圧力逃がし弁であって、前記流出経路内の前記加圧潤滑剤から圧力を受けて前記圧力逃がし弁を開方向に押す受圧面を有し、圧力逃がし開口部を閉じる閉位置まで閉方向に付勢される、圧力逃がし弁と、を備え、
前記受圧面にかかる圧力により、前記圧力逃がし弁が前記開方向に移動して前記圧力逃がし開口部を開き、前記加圧潤滑剤が流出して前記流出経路内の圧力を逃がすことを特徴とする、ポンプ。 - 前記ピボットピンは中空内部を有し、前記圧力逃がし弁は前記受圧面を有する弁体を含み、当該弁体は前記中空内部に摺動可能に取り付けられて、前記開方向および前記閉方向に移動することによって前記圧力逃がし開口部を開閉することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記圧力逃がし弁は、前記中空内部に取り付けられ、前記前記圧力逃がし弁を前記閉方向に押す付勢バネを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記圧力逃がし開口部は外部の大気に対して開放されており、流出潤滑剤が当該大気に排出されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記圧力逃がし開口部は、前記加圧潤滑剤のサンプに流体連通する管路に接続していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記受圧面は、前記弁体が前記閉位置にあるときに前記流出経路からの前記加圧潤滑剤にさらされる、前記弁体の環状肩面であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のポンプ。
- 前記ハウジングは基部およびカバーを含み、前記圧力逃がし開口部は当該カバーを貫通して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記制御チャンバは前記ピボットピンから、当該ピボットピンから離間して設けられたシール部材まで延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記ピボットピン、前記圧力逃がし弁、および前記圧力逃がし開口部は、前記流出経路と前記制御チャンバとを連絡する接合部に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記ピボットピンは前記ハウジングの穴部に圧入されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記弁体の外径および前記ピボットピンの中空内部の内径は12mm以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のポンプ。
- 前記弁体は軸方向貫通孔を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のポンプ。
- 前記弁体は、前記圧力逃がし開口部内に係合する丸みを帯びたヘッドを有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のポンプ。
- 前記弁体は、前記圧力逃がし開口部内に係合する丸みを帯びたヘッドを有し、前記環状肩面は当該丸みを帯びたヘッドに隣接して画定されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のポンプ。
