Claims (20)

針により孔を開けたとき、血液収集チューブ内で真空に対抗するバッフルチャンバ内に形成されたバッフル、を備える、血液試料収集システム。 - 更に、ハウジングを通して形成され、そして、バッフルを血液収集チューブの内側部に流体的に連結させるバッフル針を備える、請求項1に記載の血液試料収集システム。
- 更に、バッフルをバッフル針に流体的に連結するハウジング中に形成されたバッフル導管を備える、請求項2に記載の血液試料収集システム。
- 更に、血液がバッフルに入ることを防止するバッフル導管中に形成されたフィルターを備える、請求項3に記載の血液試料収集システム。
- 血液収集ポートは、血液収集チューブ上に形成された相補的なネジ山を受容するネジ山を備える、請求項1に記載の血液試料収集システム。
- 更に、血液試料収集システムを血管内デバイスに流体的に連結させる針に流体的に連結されたハブコネクタを備えた、請求項1に記載の血液試料収集システム。
- バッフルは、5mlの内容量を有する請求項1に記載の血液試料収集システム。
- バッフルは、完全に伸びた状態にバッフルを伸ばすように付勢されたスプリングを備える、請求項1に記載の血液試料収集システム。
- 更に、血液収集チューブを備え、前記血液収集チューブは、血液収集ポート内の表面で係合するネジ山を備える、請求項1に記載の血液試料収集システム。
- 更に、血液収集ポートで受容され、そして、血液収集プロセスの後に血液収集チューブを代替する、圧縮生理食塩水押出チューブを備える、請求項1に記載の血液試料収集システム。
- 圧縮生理食塩水押出チューブは、血液収集ポート中に挿入されると、血液収集ポート中に、圧縮生理食塩水押出チューブをロックして、圧縮生理食塩水押出チューブの除去を防止するロックするネジ山を備える、請求項10に記載の血液試料収集システム。
- 血液試料収集システムを製造する方法であって、
血液収集ポート及び、バッフルチャンバを備えるハウジングを形成し、
バッフルチャンバ内にバッフルを形成し、そして、
バッフル内にスプリングを形成する、ことを備える方法。 - 更に、ハウジングを通して、そして、血液収集ポート内に配置された血液収集チューブの内側部にバッフルを流体的に連結させるバッフル針を形成する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 更に、バッフル針にバッフルを流体的に連結させるハウジング中にバッフル導管を形成する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 更に、血液がバッフルに入ることを防止するフィルターをバッフル導管中に形成する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 更に、血液収集チューブ上に形成された相補的なネジ山を受容する血液収集ポートの内側表面上にねじ山を形成する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 末梢血管内カテーテル(PIVC)デバイスであって、
血液収集ポート中に配置された血液収集チューブから相補的なネジ山を受容するネジ山を備える血液収集ポート及び、ハウジング中に形成されたバッフル導管を介して血液収集ポートに流体的に連結されたバッフルチャンバを備える、ハウジングと、
ハウジングを通して、そして、血液収集ポート中に形成された針と、並びに、
針により孔を開けたとき、血液収集チューブ内で真空に対抗するバッフルチャンバ内に形成されたバッフルと、を備えるデバイス。 - 更に、ハウジングを通して形成され、そして、バッフル導管を介して血液収集チューブの内側部にバッフルを流体的に連結させるバッフル針を備えた、請求項17に記載の末梢血管内カテーテル(PIVC)デバイス。
- 生理食塩水押出チューブであって、
血管内(IV)デバイス押出として使用される内容量の生理食塩水、
内容量の生理食塩水に対して力を加える圧縮機構、
ゴム製膜が、血液収集デバイスにより孔が開けられ、そして、圧縮機構が、チューブから内容量の生理食塩水を押出すまで、生理食塩水押出チューブ内に、内容量の生理食塩水を選択的に含むキャップ、を備えた、
生理食塩水押出チューブ。 - 圧縮機構は、プランジャ、ある容量の圧縮空気及び、スプリングの1つである、請求項19に記載の生理食塩水押出チューブ。
