Claims (13)
- 二次電池の電池ケースがフォールディングされると、前記電池ケースでフォールディングされるフォールディング部を内側に陥没させて陥没部を形成する陥没誘導部;
一端の一側が陥没されて凹状空間を形成し、前記一端が前記電池ケースに挿入されて前記フォールディング部を外側に押し出しながら、前記陥没誘導部が前記凹状空間に挿入される第1ガイド;及び
前記電池ケースのシーリング部を保持して前記電池ケースを固定する第2ガイドを含む、二次電池の製造装置。 - 前記陥没誘導部は、複数形成されており、
複数の前記陥没誘導部が、互いに向かい合う方向と平行な方向に直線移動する、請求項1に記載の二次電池の製造装置。 - 前記第1ガイドは、
前記シーリング部がシーリングされる前に前記シーリング部を介して、前記電池ケースに挿入される、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池の製造装置。 - 前記第1ガイドが前記フォールディング部を外側に押し出すと、前記フォールディング部が前記陥没誘導部とともに前記凹状空間に挿入されて陥没部を形成する、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の二次電池の製造装置。
- 前記第1ガイドは、
前記一端の一側が内側に陥没されてフィレットされる、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の二次電池の製造装置。 - 前記第1ガイドは、
前記一端の一側が内側に陥没されて面取りされ、複数の平面で前記凹状空間を形成し、前記複数の平面が互いに成す外角が鈍角を形成する、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の二次電池の製造装置。 - 前記シーリング部に熱及び圧力を印加して前記シーリング部をシーリングするシーリングツールをさらに含む、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の二次電池の製造装置。

前記電池ケースがフォールディングされると、陥没誘導部が前記電池ケースでフォールディングされるフォールディング部を内側に陥没させて陥没部を形成するステップ;
一端の一側が陥没されて凹状空間を形成する第1ガイドの前記一端を前記電池ケースに挿入するステップ;
前記第1ガイドが前記電池ケースのフォールディング部を外側に押し出しながら、前記フォールディング部が前記陥没誘導部とともに前記凹状空間に挿入されるステップ;
第2ガイドが前記電池ケースのシーリング部を保持して前記電池ケースを固定するステップ;及び
シーリングツールが前記シーリング部に熱及び圧力を印加して前記シーリング部をシーリングするステップを含む、二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記電池ケースを固定するステップ後且つ前記シーリング部をシーリングするステップ前に、
前記第1ガイドを前記電池ケースから引き出すステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の二次電池の製造方法。 - 請求項11または12に記載の二次電池の製造方法で製造された二次電池。
