Abstract

本発明は、テトラフルオロプロペン組成物、並びに組成物を製造及び使用するための方法に関し、特に、1,1,1,3,3-ペンタフルオロプロパン(HFC-245fa)から調製された1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO-1234ze)及び2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO-1234yf)を含む製品を製造及び使用するための方法に関する。
気相の1,1,1,3,3-ペンタフルオロプロパンとZ-1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンとの混合物を、酸素含有ガスの存在下で、フッ素化アルミナに担持されるフッ素化Cr2O3又はCr/Niからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの触媒を含む触媒と接触させ、Z-1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン、E-1,3,3,3,-テトラフルオロプロペン、2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン、フッ化水素、及び任意選択的に未反応の1,1,1,3,3-ペンタフルオロプロパンを含む混合物を形成する工程を含み、
混合物は、0.01%~1.00%の2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンを含む、式CF3CH=CHFのフルオロプロペンと、式CF3CF=CH2のフルオロプロペンとの混合物を製造する方法に関する。

表7は、%変化に関して蒸気圧のデルタPを測定することによって、本発明の方法によって生成され得る様々な組成物の近共沸特性を示す。ΔP蒸気圧は、蒸気の50%が除去された50%蒸気漏出後の-25℃における蒸気圧変化である。
表8は、冷却能力とエネルギー効率(COP)をHFO-1234ze(E)と比較することにより、本発明の方法によって製造され得る様々な近共沸組成物の冷却性能を示す。データは、以下の条件に基づく。

Claims (28)
- Z-1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン、E-1,3,3,3,-テトラフルオロプロペン、2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン、及び任意選択的に1,1,1,3,3-ペンタフルオロプロパンを含むフルオロプロペン組成物であって、前記2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンが、0.001~1.0モル%の量で存在する、フルオロプロペン組成物。
- 前記2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンが、0.1~0.9モル%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンが、0.2~0.4モル%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンが、0.3~0.4モル%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記フルオロプロペン組成物が、R-143a、R-152a、TFP、R-1233xf、R-1233zd(E)、R-1233zd(Z)1224yd、1224zc、1326mxz、113、32、23、トリフルオロプロピン、356mff、1326mxz、HFC-245fa及びHFC-245cbのうちの1つ以上を更に含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 総フルオロプロペン組成物に基づいて、R-143a、R-152a、TFP、R-1233xf、R-1233zd(E)、R-1233zd(Z)、1224yd、1224zc、1326mxz、113、32、23、トリフルオロプロピン、356mff、1326mxz、HFC-245fa、及びHFC-245cbの前記量の合計が、0.001モル%~2モル%である、請求項5に記載の組成物。

- Z-1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン、又はZ-1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンと1,1,1,3,3-ペンタフルオロプロパンとの混合物を回収する工程と、Z-1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン、又はZ-1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンと1,1,1,3,3-ペンタフルオロプロパンとの混合物を、工程(a)に戻して再利用する工程と、を更に含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
